    I agree with all the reviews I have seen. I have been waiting for 6 months and no shoes yet. I did not receive a reply on my last two emails. I think it is a scam.**********

    I have been waiting for 5 months for this product to arrive. I have yet to receive the shoes. Everytime you reach out to them they reply with a" few weeks " Stay far away from this shoe company!

    I cannot rate the product as I never received the product. Their customer service is the WORST I have seen in many years. It is almost non-existent. My first order was never filled. I asked customer service about my order, and their response was to cancel my order. My 2nd order (I ordered 30 hours after my first order as my spouse wanted a pair), says filled, but when you go to tracking the order, it says that a label was created, and that's it. The order was never filled and shipped. Again, I contacted customer service, and I have yet to receive a response at all. I gave up after 3 tries of contacting them. I disputed the charges on my credit card to get my money back. I would not buy from this company. DO SO AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

    I received my shoes in a timely manner, but I found them uncomfortable so I processed a return. Come to find out there is a $28 restocking fee, which I cannot find any mention of when going back and looking through the check-out process. I don't understand how an apparel company can justify an approximate 30% restocking fee. I also believe their omission of the restocking fee is unethical. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a class action suit against them soon. Here is their language and return policy:"Muvez will accept, for store credit return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages. You can purchase ***** **************** at checkout if you want the option to receive a refund to your original form of payment. If you choose to not purchase ***** ****************, your purchase can be returned for store credit or exchange only. You can learn more about ***** **************** below. For a full refund or exchange, please mail your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged following 21 days from the date of the receipt or returned indicating evident wear and tear. Please be sure to provide either your order number or a copy of you invoice to prevent delays, save a copy of your tracking information and allow up to 5 business days to receive a response, thank you. You can expect your refund reflected within 5-7 business days following the delivery and approval of your request.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it."

    I ordered a pair of shoes 1 MONTH AGO and at this point they have only created a shipping label.I contacted them because the site says orders are shipped in 3-5 business days, and after 7 days I CANCELLED the order to be told I have to wait until items are received and then contact them for returns.Numerous emails have unanswered, and they refuse to refund my money or contact me for resolutions to this matter,As a previous customer I do not trust anything they do other than take your money. SCAMMERS

    There customer service is designed to give you a complete run-a-round. They will tell you they "just received there shipment and are processing orders" they will tell you this for months. US Customs shows they have not received any shipment since April 2022. Which means they more than likely do not have shoes currently to send. Multiple comments on social media state that they had shoes "lost in transit", which seems to be a delaying tactic done on part of the company. As well as refund recovery seems to be not an option according to multiple posts.

    This company is a complete scam. You will never get your shoes, or a refund and no one gets back to you. Read their reviews on the better business bureau to validate they are indeed a scam.
