    This place is unsafe, deplorable sanitary conditions. It is beyond dirty and I can't find words that I can describe how filthy. You would be safer in a car or outside. The carpets that lead up to the rooms had mounds of dirt and food, other and *****. I wouldn't even put my luggage down. When I entered the room, there was garbage on the floor, the bed sheets were soiled, dirty bathroom with mold. The carpets had stains. When I asked the maid personally to change the Sheets , Quote "She said not until tomorrow" They only change them once a week. I have never seen a place in this dirty in my entire life. I ran out as quick as possible back to the reception area. The manager apologized and then confronted the maids. I was not able to stick around to discuss a refund.. Even if they changed the sheets and removed the garbage I would not stay there. I feel this place has the feeling of a hostel or crack den. I told the manger I had to leave and find a new place and I would be in touch about a refund. They are refusing as of today. Other, upon arriving the toilet in the lobby was overflowing with p*** The manager said she tried unclogging. Its apparent this is on ongoing issue. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE LOCATION. Its only a couple of houses from the beach. If you go to their IG account, THERE IS NOT ONE PICTURE OF THE ****** Only pictures of the beach. This is false advertising and people will go there thinking they are staying in a INN close to the beach and this couldn't be further from the truth. I am going to report this place to the Mayor of Belmar. I am not stopping until action is taking against this place and I am issued a credit. Next, I looked online the following day on Sunday the place was renting for ***** a night. I understand fluctuations in pricing , holidays,weekends, high season. I paid $349.00 for the night prior. This is a large gap for the same weekend.
