  1/4 star is too much! Weltman Home Services/Princeton Air -way overpriced and take advantage of gender/age. I made the mistake of calling this company to replace drain pipes, shut offs, pop up drain stopper under a bathroom sink. They use inferior parts, installed a cheap faucet that I did not choose -without my approval, made a mess (under sink, on countertop, toilet, floor) that I had to clean up, tech did not wear booties on shoes and lied about asking if I wanted a home plumbing inspection, and charged twice for the same item. Still waiting for a fair refund.

  The worst company. I would give them zero stars. I bought a water heater from them in 2022 for $3200- overpaid but it was emergency. This year the pressure relief valve broke on it. It should have been covered under warranty. Instead they refused because I had no pressure valve on main line in my home. That is not a state law nor a necessary thing its my main house line none of their concern. They are responsible for the water heater they installed. Its under warranty. They shouldve replace valve only- then leave. Instead they told me it would be $1750 to install the water heater valve , a tank and a pressure valve on my main line in house! What? Ridiculous. Scammers tried to get more work from me. Their job was to replace the pressure valve only water heater that was under warranty. They refused. Do NOT ever ever do business with them. ******. I had to hire another plumber& pay out of pocket for the valve only water heater Weltmans water heater! They are the worst scammers& rip off artists. I want them to reimburse me for the plumber I had to hire to fix THEIR water heater they sold me that was under warranty! Bad bad business company. Do not ever use them . Trust me do not use them for anything! Overpriced and do not cover the warranty of their products they sell.

  Technicians ******* and ***** were great. The job was done in a professional manner. They were personable, knowledgeable, worked hard and did an excellent job. Two other persons, **** and ***, carried out their respective functions with professionalism. All in all it was a good experience and best of all, I have heat.

  If I could rate them no stars, I would. I guess one star for showing up when promised. A technician came to our home because the hot air in our furnace was not circulating in our rooms. Even before the technician arrived, my husband knew it was the motor. The technician went to our furnace, used his flashlight to look in, said the motor was not working, and closed the furnace door. He then quoted an exorbitant price that seemed unreasonable for the diagnosis provided. The technician stated a new motor would cost $4,100 to replace, yet there would not be a warranty. He strongly recommended replacing the entire heating system, costing between $12,000 to $34,000. Our entire interaction lasted at most five minutes, an insufficient time to conduct an inspection or provide an accurate assessment. Even though the technician came to our house with a bag full of tools, he did not take out one tool to evaluate our furnace. He only took out his flashlight.Two days later, another heating company came to look at our furnace. That technician took out a tool and tested our furnace. He found that the actual issue was a faulty capacitor, and he informed us that the part was under $20. The repair took less than an hour, and my heating system functions perfectly.The experience with Weltman Home Services has left us feeling taken advantage of. The five-minute service call by Weltman Home Services cost more than fixing our furnace by another company. I am particularly upset by the apparent upselling of unnecessary work during the visit from Weltman ************* Please do not call Weltman ************ unless you want to be ripped off and have a dishonest repairman come to your home. I emailed Weltman ************ directly, but my email was unanswered.

  Everything about our service experience was perfect. We were called prior to our scheduled time to inquire about the possibility of an early arrival. We had a drain that was massively clogged. The situation was carefully evaluated, the likely source was determined and very patiently and exhaustively cleared. The process was fully explained and follow-up procedures were discussed if the likely source proved to be elsewhere. ******* *. Is an incredibly capable professional and his diagnosis of the site of the clog proved on target. He also provided very useful information to minimize future problems.

  Great HVAC maintenance service from ****. Checked our heat system in preparation for the winter and advised of some repairs which would avoid any potential issues we could face later. Very helpful.

  If this company was any more filled with excrement I'd need galoshes. They scheduled me three separate times with a 4 hour window and canceled an hour before each and every time. Never called me back after I called them to rectify situation and sounded annoyed everything I called. They only wanted to schedule me after 12 midnight to charge me a premium price. This is the ********** of plumbing ,feces fondu. An extravagant explosion of excrement. Predatory towards the elderly, total disgrace.

  Spectacular plumbing service! ****** was amazing! He was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and very efficient. He was patient with my questions and provided practical solutions to my plumbing issues. My highest recommendation for him and for Weltman Home Services!
