      Do not order from here ! I had a coffee table made here four years ago with no issues . With that said I TRUSTED them and put an order in for a newly crafted dining room table and bench. This order was placed in October of 2022. 2022!! It is not February of ****! I have reached out multiple times with excuse after excuse . I also paid in full and was told sorry I can not receive a refund . I still have no table and bench. I am mortified someone could take someones money like this to find out it had a happened to more then just me after reading complaints .

      Do not give these people your money! We ordered a custom tv stand in February 23, paid in full and we are getting the run around. We still have not received what we paid for and I was told they are out of capital. They are using money from new orders to make the old orders. Dont get scammed like we did!!

      This company is a SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. They do not have the funds per their receptionist to fill existing orders so they take the money from new customers to fill old orders while giving existing customers the run around. Ive been waiting on my order since last November. Im now in the process of obtaining a lawyer over this mess. If you have also been scammed by these jokers save all communication as I did, text, messenger, record calls, thats my saving ****** They are clearly mishandling funds. She chased me for my money on my lunch break which I deposited and been b-sing me for months now. Reporting on ALL platforms to warn potential customers. Again, SAVE ALL COMMUNICATIONS.

      I tried to support a local business and regret it. Charged in full for a product and over 9 months later after being told ***** weeks for completion, I still dont have a finished product and had to file a credit card dispute. I had to reach out several times to request updates and was met with new estimated completion dates. 9 months of constant excuses and runaround. Very unprofessional and I am disappointed in how this ended. Sharing detail below and hope potential customers read.Paid in full for a kitchen island in January 2023 and was told it would be completed in ***** weeks and final color decisions would not need to be made until the end of week 10. I was contacted through email at week 10 for my colors, acting as if the project was on schedule. At week 18 I inquired about a date of completion as I had heard nothing and this is when the targeted date started to move, further and further out, each time I inquired about the island once the new targeted completion date had passed.No updates were provided unless I reached out first to ask. Finally in September 2023 after discovering all of the complaints and reviews on BBB I requested an update on the percentage of the project completed, indicated I wanted to receive the island within 2 weeks or receive a refund. I was then told The island is cut and staged for assembly all finishing work gets completed the week it is going out. We unfortunately do not offer refunds as stated on our website. I then shared that I would need to file a credit card dispute for the charge if I didnt receive a product. I was told it would be completed by no later than the end of two weeks. Ended up receiving no further, correspondence from the business and filed my credit card dispute.

      I ordered a table, chairs, and stools in August 2022 and was given a completion date of October 2022. Everytime its the same excuse, we're not on track for this week. They won't give refunds because it's a custom order, even though the order hasn't been started. The chairs were ordered from another company so they didn't even have to make those. Today when messaging about the order that was supposed to come this week, this was the response "Listen ******* I am not going to go back and forth with you. The bottom line is we are doing everything we can. My guys are working their butts off to get caught up on our orders. I will reach out in a few days with a new completion date." They are unprofessional and unable to complete the orders that have been paid in full. It's not worth the headache.

Af*er almos* a year now of cons*an*ly promising a delivery da*e and *hen canceling *ime af*er *ime, *hey have finally admi**ed - in wri*ing, because *hey don'* answer *he phone - *ha* *hey have been lying for mon*hs! They claim *hey have run in*o serious financial *rouble "which *hey don'* wan* everyone *o know" and can only fill back orders once *hey ge* deposi*s from new cus*omers because *hey need *ha* money *o purchase *he ma*erials. So basically, if *hey don'* cons*an*ly ge* new cus*omers forking over money *hen *hey can'* fill *he orders *hey were quick *o *ake and promised *o deliver. I*'s *he furni*ure equivalen* of a Ponzi scheme. To *op i* off af*er apologizing and admi**ing *o "Wan*ing *o be hones* now" I was *hen given *he "Exac* Da*e" I would receive my i*ems - bu* guess wha*?.. I'm sure by *his poin* in my s*ory you can probably guess how *ha* *urned ou*!!! I would give *his place 10 *humbs down if I had *hem bu* unfor*una*ely, I only have 2 for now. I will upda*e *his review once I'm able *o grow *he o*her 8, which mos* likely will be well before I ever receive *he i*ems I've ordered from *his business.

      Buyer Beware!1 star is too many for this company!They are dishonest & deceitful!Do not trust this business! Poor communication skills, excuse after excuse, & unacceptable way to do business!Read BBB before ordering. Dec 28, 2022 Order #****.Turn around ***** weeks. Feb 25, 2023 I inquired.Feb 26, 2023, company,when you placed your order we were at ***** weeks for order completion so we are looking at end of April.April 22, 2023 I inquired on status.April 24, 2023 company stated, we are targeting for next week.May 16, 2023 I inquired on status.**** stated, I am very sorry you were not kept updated more throughout this process. We are targeting for June 5, 2023, for order completion.June 7, 2023 I inquired again. June 8, 2023 received message stating, your order has been started and is cut and staged for assembly. June 12, 2023 asked on status.Company stated, your order will be ready the week of June 26, 2023. We are targeting for Thursday completion.June 24, 2023 asked for pictures.June 26, 2023 company stated, I will send pictures as I have some to share.We were on track this week however we are very shorted and going as quickly as we can.I am in process of rearranging and readjusting our schedule.I am really trying and working on this for you.I am really stressed because I am managing all of these issues.I am working to provide you a final completion date. June 26, 2023 I messaged stating, on June 8, 2023 you told me order was started, and now you say order is backed up. You have failed to accomplish my order within your own required timeframe. Im requesting a refund of my money.Company stated, Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund due to this being in production and custom built to order. My husband called the on June 27, 2023 and they told him, that the order would be started and would be in process by July 17, 2023.Its now Sept. I hadnt heard from the company on my order or the status or even a refund 10 months no product & no refund!

      Horrible place to do business.. they told me 8 weeks for a kitchen island.. 24 weeks later i was still getting excuses, finally got the island but not before having to file a dispute with the credit card company...DO NOT give these people your hard earned money.. if you do choose to do business with them use a credit card so you have protection... you'll need it.

      We ordered some furniture in July 2022. We paid in full up front. Never received the furniture. Repeated lies on delivery from July - April 2023. We asked for a refund. They did not profess refund. Gave us some lies that it takes 10 days to process. We finally received our payment after we had to contact the credit card company. Just last week I told them I was reporting them to every single regulatory agency that would listen. We were angry. The owner called me to explain the situation and asked me for another chance to make good and deliver the item the following week. He promised to call us the next day. We still have not heard from them. The entire business model is made up of dishonestly, lies and deceit. Buyer beware. Do not trust this business.

      We ordered a bar and chairs on March 22, 2022. We finally had a completed order delivered to our home on March 16, 2023! Yes, we waited almost a FULL YEAR for an order that was paid in full and promised a May 2022 delivery. The communication skills are poor and filled with excuse after excuse. I would never recommend this company. Ever! So much for supporting a local small business.
