      I star is too many. Same complaint as everyone else here. Ordered pedestal table 9/16/22. Was told delivery would be the week of December 10th. It is 2/14 and Im still waiting. They wanted paid in full up front tying up my money all this time. Same excuse every time, *****, lack of employees. If that is so stop taking orders until you can deliver as promised. Never again.

      I ordered a custom bar from this shop. I paid on 6/30/22. I was told it was a ***** week turn around time ( I have proof of this in the form of e-mails). Once I paid the invoice, I heard nothing. I reached out at the end of August hoping we would have the bar before my husbands birthday on September 3rd, 9 weeks after I paid. They said it wasn't ready and it would be ready the week of October 17th. That is 15 weeks after the promised TAT. That day came and went. They had excuse after excuse. Finally they scheduled delivery for 11/17. That week I was contacted and told that somebody quit and somebody else had covid so they wouldn't be able to deliver. I replied to the email and advised them that was no longer an acceptable answer. Finally on 12/1 they delivered my bar, 22 weeks after I paid them. They HAVE to stop requiring full payment up front. The worst part of this is the entire time I was waiting I kept receiving e-mails from them offering 10% off a new order.. maybe you need to stop taking new orders if you can't finish the orders you already have!!

      We placed and order 8/4/22 for 5 products over $3200.00 was told 10 to 12 weeks. Here we are 12/22/22 no furniture, just excuse after excuse why the order is not completed, Short staffed, people sick, etc, etc. Broken promise after broken promise.

      I ordered and paid for a Hall **** from a Little Rustic Shop on 8-6-2022. On 8-18-2022 I emailed the company to inquire about a shipment and completion date. **** from the company emailed me back and told me that the item would be completed on 10-03-2022. On 8-24-2022 **** emailed me asking me what colors we were wanting the item to be painted in. This appears to be a stall tactic as multiple reviewers have mentioned the same thing. Theres no mention of custom colors at any point in discussions or on the website. 09-11-2022 I responded via email with a picture of the item that I purchased from the website requesting it to be identical to the one that was listed for sale. On 10-09-2022 I emailed the company once again because the item has not shipped. On 10-11-2022 **** gave me an update via email that the item would ship the following week. On 10-25-2022 I once again emailed the company to inquire if the tree had shipped. On 10-25-2022 **** responded via email that the item would ship at the end of the week. On 10-30-2022 I requested a full refund since the item did not ship once again. On 10-30-2022 **** respond via email refusing to issue a full refund. I did not hear anything further after that from the company on when they would be shipping it out. On 11-12-2022 I filed a complaint with the *** and emailed the company that I had done so due to failure to provide me with the merchandise or a full refund. On 11-14-2022 **** responded via email that the item would ship on 11-28-2022. I emailed **** on 12-2-2022 once again to inquire if the item had shipped and was told that it had not been shipped out. As of today 12-06-2022 we are exactly 4 months from the original purchase date with still no item delivered with 3 different ship dates that have come and gone. There is nothing on their website saying that their items would be delayed or back ordered and three different ship dates that were not completed and four months is unacceptable.
