    Almost no customer service. They force you to cancel through customer service but dont staff on the weekend and dont respond for several business days, conveniently after the order has shipped. Now, I have a box with items they clearly rushed to trap me into paying for because this is not what I ordered. Whats worse is they make you pay for shipping. This is disgusting. I should not have to pay for shipping to return items I DIDNT ORDER

    This is honestly the worst online experience Ive ever had. Their customer service is horrible. Placed an order on February 9 2023 got a tracking number a couple days later then 2 days after that got a new tracking number which was weird. Then said my kit would be here the 16th by 7:00pm. Every single day it keeps getting pushed back to the next day then the next day. I have sent out 2 emails and I have called 5 times with no luck. Now I see all the horrible experiences just like mine. Everything is the same. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

    I placed an order with this company on Dec 2,2022, there is no record of this order on the website and i am also paying for this via Afterpay (i am filing a formal complaint with them as well) I have been in constant contact with them and no resolution!! Do not trust this company, i have lost $49 for an order they can't find

    Hello.The order was abandoned at checkout. Likely what happened was that the customer was placing the order and selected the Attentive options for payment. This took her away from the site and she double clicked on a link so she wasn't brought back to complete her order. Attentive charged her for the amount but we never received the information from them that the order was placed.I will have a replacement set out.
