Vision solar installed my solar panels and took months to activate. Shortly after activation I could not get in touch with anyone from the company. Months later I learned they were bankrupt and now I am faced with a violation citation from my cities code enforcement division because the cables on my panels were not secured properly and are hanging loose and rubbing against the roof which is a fire hazard. I will now be fined $50 dollars a day until I pay for a permit and then hire an electrician to fix.

We worked with a company named Vision Solar, LLC to get solar panels on our house in Feb 2023. We were promised that they would take a tree down in the back of our house that could have blocked some of the sun. They never took the tree down but the panels were put on our roof. Now the company went out of business and filed bankruptcy. We are having an issue with the service. Our Electric bills are back up to $300 to $400 a month. When we first got the system working our electric bills were much, much lower, now they are way up again. I have no way of contacting this company. Every phone number we have for them is disconnected. I sent emails to them but received nothing back from them. We have been told by another solar company that one of our panels is not working and that we need to contact another solar installer to come out to fix the panel but we may have to pay for that trip which we should not have to pay for. The panels have a 25 yr warranty.

This is a continuation related to complaint # ********. Vision Solar LLC claims they removed the tree which was initially supposed to be removed by Vision solar prior to them putting Solar Panels on my new roof. The tree was never removed. Someone did come out late last year, accessed the tree and stated " there is no way we can remove this tree."Vision Solar LLC is not truthful and not a reputable company. Consumers need to be aware.

Vision Solar solor can knocking on my door about benefits of Solor. I'm 100% 62yo disabled vet and did not understand all they said but I said ok. They never got permits and installed panels on my house and never activated them. 1.5 years later I had to hire a different company to make them work. I do not get the cost savings they said. I paid who they told me and just now was able to see loan paperwork and my signature was forged on this. I stopped paying them and don't know what I can do legally

Vision Solar began the process of installing solar panels on my roof and did not finish completing the installation process. The company is now closed and filing for bankruptcy. Vision Solar took out a bank loan to finance the solar panels. Now that the company is out the business the bank that loaned the money to Vision Solar is requesting that I finish paying off the remaining loan amount. Since the work was never completed, I should not be held responsible to pay off the loan. I am unsure of what to do from here. I have the old solar panels on my roof right now, unable to use them. I cannot get a new company to finish the work considering the solar panels are from Vision Solar. I would like for the panels to either be removed, complete the job, or be held responsible for the bank loan done of Vison Solars behalf.

We signed a contract for 16 solar panels on 9/03/2022, panel installation was completed 12/2022.we were told we had a 25-year warrantee on the panels that included parts ,labor, and monitoring. Now that the company is filing for bankruptcy, we are left to handle these issues on our own. The company worked with Dividend Solar Financing LLC for the solar panel financing purposes. we tried to get a copy of our warrantee from our sales representative *************************, PH#************ but he will not return our phone calls

We had our panels installed in May of 2023. I asked the sales representative how the panels are free to ** provided at no costs, he dated that all the extra energy will go to the grid and pay the panels off. We would receive a sign on bonus and a large check that we should give back to provider to pay off the panels. He then said our electric payment would be $150 a month. I explained that I pay less than that to the electric company. He then said that he would have it lowered to $103 a month. When they came to install the panels the roof was not large enough for our original contact. They had to make up a new contract. I told them that I wanted to wait until my husband came home to review it. They said I had to decide now otherwise they wouldnt be back for months. In June the panels were connected to the grid. I called multiple times for the bonus check. Never received a call back. Months later I noticed a charge to my account paying to fifth third dividend. I didnt know what it was so I had to call to find out that it was a bank. I was not not that I was getting a loan through a bank for the panels. Otherwise I would not have gotten them as I can not afford to have another loan. They explicitly explained to me that all of the extra power that is being supplied to the grid pays the panels off over time. Now I am stuck with a loan that I did not ask for. I do not know what the account number is because I was never told I was getting a loan and I am unable to contact Vision Solar with any issues as their number is now disconnected.
