      We purchased solar panels from Vision Solar and now half of the panels aren't working. We can't get anything fixed per our warranty because the company has filed bankruptcy. We had multiple issues with the initial process which we got past. Now we are paying a lot of money for panels that are not working.

      Vision solar installed a new roof and then solar panels in January 2022. I am in need of documentation stating that a new roof was added before solar panels were installed. I have been trying to get this information for quite sometime for my home owners insurance company. The contract does not state that a new roof was put on before solar panels were installed. I have been trying to reach Vision Solar since they are the only ones that could provide this important information for me.

      I signed a contract with the company on 8/13/2022, they started working on the panels on 9/13/2022 and the finished on 11/13/2022. The solar panels were financed for *********. This company has since gone out of business. I do not believe that my panels are working the way they should. My electric bill has not gone down and I am not getting the tax break like they have said. I have no way to contact anyone regarding someone coming to look at the panels and have work done. Everything is under warranty for 25 years and I have no way to contact anyone. I want to panels removed and my money back.

      Vision solar owes me TWO refunds in the amount $240. Since they took my money, I have been calling consistently for the past two years since (how long we have had solar). The concierge kept saying the financial department would contact me and that they are backed up with refunds and they will put me on the priority list for refunds. I kept calling and even spoke to the manager of the financial department and still no refund. No turns out this business is longer in business since January 2024. I have to contact my bank and find out the dates exactly to provide the proof of this money being taken

      Visin solar no complet su trabajo y estoy pagando un financiamiento por paneles solares y ahora estn siendo investigado y demandado por Fical General *********************** en *********** por ventas injustas y engaosa y violaciones de la ley y no tengo manera de como salir de el financiamiento pagando mes a mes sin que lo paneles solar atan sido conectado adecuadamente por que el town no aprob los paneles y la compaa Sunlight dijo que se responsabilizara por esto y en Mayo 7 de el 2024 me indica que ya ellos no van a resolverme el problema adems estado desde Marzo ********************************* banco Additional Hasta este momento Mayo 2024 hace unos meses me enter que se fueron a quiebra donde no saba que hacer ya que la compaa Sunlight me mantuvo en espera y con respuestas engaosas

      Hi,Solar panel has been installed by Vision Solar LLC has partnered with ****************** on March 15 2022.Our roof started leaking after the solar panel installation, we have been following with them, but no response from anybody. we have emailed with all the roof leaking pictures and estimate to fix the roof to ************************************* Please help us to resolve this issue soon. The roof is still leaking, no response from anybody.

      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Vision Solar regarding the installation of my solar panels. Despite considerable time and financial investment on my part, the job was left incomplete, and I find myself in a dire situation with no recourse for resolution.It took Vision Solar almost one and a half years to complete the installation, which is an unacceptable delay by any standard. Despite this prolonged period, the job was not finished satisfactorily. To compound matters, I was charged and required to pay for a service that was not delivered as promised.Now, to exacerbate the situation further, Vision Solar has ceased operations, leaving me stranded with malfunctioning solar panels and no entity willing to take responsibility for fixing, repairing, or monitoring them. This lack of accountability is deeply troubling and highlights the negligent and irresponsible behavior of Vision Solar

      Vision solar installed my solar panels and took months to activate. Shortly after activation I could not get in touch with anyone from the company. Months later I learned they were bankrupt and now I am faced with a violation citation from my cities code enforcement division because the cables on my panels were not secured properly and are hanging loose and rubbing against the roof which is a fire hazard. I will now be fined $50 dollars a day until I pay for a permit and then hire an electrician to fix.

      We worked with a company named Vision Solar, LLC to get solar panels on our house in Feb 2023. We were promised that they would take a tree down in the back of our house that could have blocked some of the sun. They never took the tree down but the panels were put on our roof. Now the company went out of business and filed bankruptcy. We are having an issue with the service. Our Electric bills are back up to $300 to $400 a month. When we first got the system working our electric bills were much, much lower, now they are way up again. I have no way of contacting this company. Every phone number we have for them is disconnected. I sent emails to them but received nothing back from them. We have been told by another solar company that one of our panels is not working and that we need to contact another solar installer to come out to fix the panel but we may have to pay for that trip which we should not have to pay for. The panels have a 25 yr warranty.
