      Got in to contract with vision solar back to December 2021 contract stated that they do all of the installation and permit required. On January 31 they installed the panels without permits. To this day 08-03-22 the panels arent operational and and I continue to make payments to the loan and my electric. Every week I call them the tell me a different lie and nothing gets resolve. On 08-03-22 I spoke to ****** my allege project manager who stated that the panels that they installed are not the ones required by my town. At this Point since they have fail to follow their own contract I express to her that I would like to cancel my contract and she hung up on me.

      This company has fail to follow their own contract and I am formally requesting this contract to be cancel and they can come and retrieve their equipment and put ******* back the way it was prior to installation without permits and wrong panels.

      solar was installed over 4 months ago and they have not set up an inspection yet and i am paying my *************** and the loan for the solar that is 342 dollars for kua and 168 for the loan because they have not activated the solar system .

      In October 2021 we signed an agreement with vision solar to install solar panels. They were installed and then we had a problem with our roof. (Not associated with the panels). We had to have a new roof. Panels were taken down and reinstalled on May 27, 2022. Wait began to get city inspection and meter set by power company. Numerous phone calls have been made with no results in getting the job completed. Spoke with city twice and proper paperwork has not been filed to get inspection set up. Found out today, July 29, that a new permit is required. Promises of return calls and follow up calls from vision solar have never been received. I just want what was promised me. Solar power.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  That is as long as they actually do what they are proposing.  I have had numerous representatives from this company advise me that they were going to check in to the problem and get back to me and no one ever did.  Let us hope this employee will keep her word and work to resolve this issue.

      I signed up with Vision Solar in November 2021 and it is still not connected. The panels have been on my house since January 2022. The communication is horrible. Calls and emails are not returned. When contacting the concierge team I am always told I am waiting on an inspection or some other excuse. Over a month ago I did have an inspection scheduled. Was informed that an adult would need to be home from 9:00am-5:00pm After taking the whole day off from work and being home all day with no knock on the door or door **** ring, I called Vision Solar at 4:40pm and was told (after an extensive hold) that the inspector had already been at my house and the inspection failed. No further explanation was given. I was furious because I usually have **** dogs at my home (I volunteer as a ****** with a rescue organization) and it is highly unlikely that anyone could get anywhere close to my house without being heard, noticed or barked at, not to mention that the alleged inspector never notified me that he/she had arrived nor explained any aspects of said inspection Started paying the loan for the panels $159.17 a month starting March 2022. This is infuriating and my electric bills are over $200 a month. Solar continues to not be connected or working and I would like the panels to be removed ASAP.

      Hello ***********************************, we attempted to get in contact with you over the phone/via email regarding your solar project but unfortunately we were unable to reach you.  Currently we are in the process of coordinating a date for a crew to come out and complete a few fixes regarding that is needed for inspections.  Once this is completed we will then be able to get you re-inspected and get in touch with the utility company regarding permission to operate.   Regarding your payments, we do reimburse for solar payments that start on the project if it is not completed.  Please reach out to us so we can resolve this issue for you.  If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to us and we would be more than happy to help.

      The customer has been informed that they've been granted the permission to operate their system. They have also received a check in the mail as reimbursement for their previously paid solar payments. Vision Solar has completed their obligations to the customer.

      Sign a contract to have solar panels installed with permits and they installed on January without permits and to this date 07-28-22 I still have not receive any benefits from solar panels and making payments to FPL and the loan for the contract. No refund has been given back and not permits have been pulled.

Our operations team is going to have the application sent over to her email to be signed with the notary via webcam. Once this is signed, we will submit the application and await for the approval. Following approval, we can then schedule inspections.
