    I have no complaints about the moving service or the staff. I do need to warn everyone, however, not to use the storage facility. Although they will take good care of your belongings, if you use this company's storage facilities, good luck affording it in the future.First Class Moving Systems, aka World Class Moving Systems, bought out Simonik. The new management has decided to use very predatory pricing. My monthly rate more than doubled, and it cost MUCH more than any self-storage unit would cost. What upset me the most, however, was that I had to pay a hefty fee just to get my belongings back OUT of the facility. If you come to move your belongings yourself or pay for another moving company to get your things out, you're going to have to pay that fee (mine was $445). The fee to have FCMS/WCMS move my stuff 30 miles away within the state would have been an astronomical $1600. With these prices, I could see many customers feeling like their belongings were being held hostage. Unable to afford to stay, and unable to afford to leave. They never gave me a contract to sign that specified any of these last-minute charges, and you'll find nothing on their website indicating that you'd have to pay to leave.If you choose this company, only use their moving service. It's expensive, but they're very professional, quick, and kind. But do not, DO NOT store your belongings here unless you want to be subjected to price gouging and incredibly high, last-minute fees.
