      CardCash.com is a complete SCAM! They use a fake address to an old Pizzeria in **. I sold them 7 gift cards worth $200 thru Mercari on April 16th 2024. Ive been going back and forth with them and ******* ever since. They were suppose to give me $130.50 in Mercari credit but never received it and my credit history shows I've never received it. They've tried to blame it on ******* several times. Having me send the dates and order numbers 3-5 times, even sending them screenshots of all 7 emails and them saying "well I only see one that you sold us one giftcard" and then not respond back to me. All 7 of those gift cards have $0 balance now. ******* hasn't been of any help in this, they just keep sending me same response worded a little differently each time saying "We are looking in to this. This is the utmost importance and we will get back to you shortly" then close the inquiry and **** it as resolved in 2 days. DO NOT SELL OR BUY GIFT CARDS to them. They will only steal money. I would give them 0 stars but it wont let me on here.

      I bought 2 cardcash gift cards, one is tropical smoothie $50, and one is honey baked ham $100, when I tried to use them recently, both can't be used at the retail stores, and tropical smoothie does not have an online option to use online purchase/check out with a gift card, honey baked ham- it does allow a gift card purchase online but says invalid card - so wasted $150 immediately. Company reply is it's after 45 days complaint and they are not going to do anything.This is a gambling on savings - be careful.

      I purchased multiple gift cards from this company (all for the same store to buy one more expensive item) and my order was declined because the gift cards were invalid. I immediately contacted CardCash to get a refund, which they say to do within 45 days, and it has now been over a week and I have still not recieved a refund. They claim they called the business I made the purchase for and told me they said it was because I had an invalid account. I never made an account with this company, I simply tried to make a purchase online. I called the company myself multiple times and every time they confirmed that the purchase was cancelled due to the gift cards being invalid. I would absolutley not purchase any gift cards from this company, it seems like a total scam and I may have to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back given their lack of response and run-around with false information.

      Tried to sell gift cards to CardCash. These were unused gift cards that have been verified with the store. After submitting all the information on the cards, CardCash comes back a couple days later saying the cards have been verified as invalid!!! I validate again with the store, VALIDATED!!! CardCash is a scam to get your giftcard information! Law enforcement needs to shut them down!

      On two occasions I've had two of my cards have their funds depleted by what must have been the original owner of the card who must have kept the card infomation to be able to do this. this is not okay.

      100% Legit. I placed a card on sale through the website (A $1,000 ********** card) sold it and cashed out $799. Took less than a week and the money is in my bank. People who complain and leave bad reviews probably don't understand ******************* mailed in cards.... really. did you main in your review too? haha Never purchased cards but selling legit works.

      I had to chat with someone on the site and they told me I needed to mail my gift cards in. I did that over a month ago and still have not heard anything. I also emailed them without a response. I totally believe this is a scam Im sure if they ever reach out to me they will tell me the same thing Im seeing below, they have not received them.! BEWARE! DONT DO IT! Im going to reach out to all ************** yes to inform people before they get scammed!

      I mailed them 3 cards totaling 600.00$ I was suppose to get ****** into my bank account. They are claiming they never received my cards in the mail. Although I've checked my balances on the cards and they are now at 0$ ************ needs to be shutdown and even a class action law suit built against them. They are scamming people left and right. Stealing money from people is not a good look for a business!

      This company is an absolute JOKE!Denied both my cards with no explanation.I even mailed one card in and have never had it mailed back after the denied it.$100 gone
