  Claim never received cards. Along with 100's of other people as well. I've also read many reports of things like balances on cards purchased from them going to zero or people sending in cards and having the company claim there was no balance on the card when they received it total scam company.

  They sent me gift cards that were already used by someone else. I've been trying to get a refund and they are refusing to do so. They claim that I'm protected by their 45 day guarantee yet I filed the complaint less than 2 weeks after ordering the cards.

  I think they are selling identical digital gift cards to multiple people. I have bought several from them over the years and never had a problem until now. I got a $100 gift card, used $40, then it was empty the next time I tried to use it. The very next day after my purchase, someone else used up the rest of the card at a different restaurant location. Naturally I didn't know it was fraudulently used, so by the time I contacted them asking for a refund, the 45-day return policy had elapsed. Their refusal to refund my $60 has lost them a customer for life because I cannot trust their product anymore.

  I mailed 2 gift cards 1 week ago to the ** office via ***** I only live a few hours away, so it shouldve gotten to them rather quickly, even with the holiday! I contacted customer service and was told that my gift cards havent been received yet! I hope this isnt a scam! I sent in two $25.00 gift cards, hoping to get $40.00 deposited into my account. My order # is *******

  I attempted to sell a gift card to this company after buying one too many gift cards over the holidays for my friends, family and associates only to be asked to provide proof origin as well as photographic evidence of receipts. I promptly provided this information as well as background to confirm that my request was legitimate only to be quickly denied stating high risk factors. How in the h*** is there a high risk factor when all proof has been provided including my name, contact information and receipts?! This company operates in a very discriminatory manner and I will never do business or recommend their services. Save yourself the trouble and use prepaid2cash instead.

  Got all the money I was offered quickly with no problems!I was really skeptical of Cardcash at first because of all the mostly negative reviews on several sites. HOWEVER, they are a trustworthy business from my one experience!!I was almost scammed into giving three gift cards to a scammer through text. But luckily I realized this before I gave them any codes. So I had three unused gift cards that I couldn't return because of CVS's dumb policy (believe me, I tried calling for hours). So I stumbled upon CardCash and was debating to sell on this website for several days. I researched other sites but Card Cash was the only one that would offer a good deal. I even emailed customer service asking if their company was a scam because of all the negative reviews. Obviously, they replied no, they are not a scam.I decided to take the chance and submit one card at a time and got the exact amount of money they offered on the site (90% of amount on gift card) in a few business days to my Paypal quickly! I was shocked but also so relieved. I continued to submit my two other gift cards and got my money quickly, just like the first card with no trouble!I am writing this review 6 months after I sold my gift cards because I saw some other review stating that a month later Card Cash demanded a person's money back but this did not happen for me! It's been several months and I did not encounter any problems! Overall I was very satisfied with my transaction with CardCash! I'm not sure if I will trust it forever because I understand and see that people are still writing negative reviews but I wanted to provide some hope for people that it worked for me and share my positive experience with Card Cash!

  Absolutely horrible company I have attempted for over 18 months to purchase cards through this website and my account keeps being flagged for fraud! What is the point of verifying my account if they're just going to flag me for fraud!

  This site is absolute trash. I sold one card with no issue which was great. Tried to sell another one which they denied due to high risk c*** But whatever they gave my card back. Then when I checked the balance today it was completely gone. No besides me has access to the card and they were the only site I put it on. They wouldnt accept my card but they sure would still take my money. I am livid.

  Sent my ****** card in for a master or **** card back. Sent it four days ago and I called customer service today. Talk to a very rude lady who told me to bad if **** lost it they cant do anything about it then hung up. Now Im out the ***** ****** card and the other card I was to get in return from selling my card. This is theft and if I dont get my money plus some Im going to file charges.
