      This company stole My Money as an actual my information was promised money within 3 days when I contacted customer service they told me that the balance was 19 cents and that's a flat-out lie... No I take that back it was 19 cents after they stole my $81 the place is a joke the criminals and someone needs to do something about it I'm not stopping here...... I will get my money back that's for sure

      This place is a joke. I sent the gift cards and theyre claiming they didnt receive it or that theres a zero dollar balance on a brand new gift card sent to them they are in accurate. They are useless when trying to find out information and theres two very unknowledgeable people that sit and answer the phone, so **** and ***** you did nothing for me. I will find your supervisor and I will talk to her and report them again.Also, I give them no stars absolutely no stars. This place is not valid and theyre stealing my gift cards.

      I submitted a ************* $25 Gift card (Order No. ******* dated 01/20/2023) to CardCash.com and was promised for a discounted new Lowes Gift card. We received email stating that exchanged Lowes gift card will be mailed to us in 4 weeks. However, as of today we have not received any thing. We tried to call Card Cash but no one would answer. It appears that this company is involved in fraud and in cheating the customers. Wondering why this business has not been shutdown.

      Im not sure it will allow me to post photos here or screenshots. But in regards to order *******: on 12/29 I submitted my target gift card to be cashed out and deposited into my PayPal account. Ive spent hours on the phone with both ******************************** *** sent emails, left VMs for supervisors- and gotten every excuse in the book. [it was deposited- call paypal][we cant find the transaction ID][Ive resent the email confirmation][oh maybe wrong email] ?!!!! Even after I forwarded all the screenshots with every detail that they gave me. Inept. Corrupt. Greedy. Shady business practices. They were more than happy to take the gift card but miraculously cant find the money they promised me. ** submitting a complaint with the ***************************** office of consumer affairs.

      They should be in jail. They run your card for unauthorized charges once they have your information. No better than the people that hold up **** stores. Why are they still allowed to steal with impunity?

      I cannot tell if they are a bunch of scammers or just totally incompetent. First they claimed my AmEx Platinum was a prepaid card, then they claimed it had been declined even though their charges had already appeared on my statement.

      Dear All,I had a terrible experience with CardCash, due to the ******19 pandemic. I had a $50 gift card to The Cheesecake Factory then the pandemic hit, causing the restaurant to shut down for awhile. Since our trip to the city was postponed we did not get a chance to use it within the 90 day return window. When we were finally able to make it to the Cheesecake Factory the card did not work. We spoke with CardCash, while at the restaurant, and they stated the card had already been used in ********** (we live in ********). I then tried to be refunded for the card but CardCash said there were no exceptions outside of the 90 day return policy window. I had hoped they would have been able to work with me, considering the circumstances, but they were very firm. I am hopeful they can still work with me to refund the money or give me a credit on their website. Remaining Hopeful,Dr. **********, Ph.D.

      They claimed that it was already put into my account but it was not. And the account online still shows payment pending. Someone responded to me initially but Ive heard nothing since. I will continue to hound the c*** out of them until I crash their email server

      Mailed my gift card on 8/16/22. Now 8/22 and site STILL says awaiting card arrival. I live in **, card was mailed to **. Worst-case it arrived on Fri 8/19/22. Contacted their generic customer supportwhich promised a reply in 1-2 business days. Plus they dont pay out (if they ever will) for 1-2 business days after receipt. So dont expect: 1.) Fast Payout, 2.) ************************ If you read all the reviews and STILL use them: 1.) Send via a delivery confirmation feature, 2.) consider a signature-required-at-delivery feature

      No matter what I do I'm not able to make any transactions on their website.I always get an email stating the following:"Unfortunately, we were unable to process your order. Your order has been flagged by our fraud systems as high risk. As a result, your order has been canceled and you have not been charged."I contacted them about it and they stated there is nothing they can do.My credit card companies are not rejecting the transactions and only Cardcash is but they don't even know why.
