    My name is ***********************. I am writing on behalf of my Father, ***************************, and, my brother *************************** This is not a favorable review. We are totally dissatisfied with this company. They maliciously play on their customers emotions and vulnerability regarding their loved ones. The gentleman we were dealing with is *************************** They claim to deliver a service upon your payment for a headstone and then disappear for 2 months. After 2 months a letter from the company describing their inability to complete your order due to a lack of funds comes to your home. How is that possible when we paid this man in full. How is that possible that we paid in full and our order was put behind someone who did not? It is possible because the father and son team has been scamming people for years. Unfortunately it wasn't until we needed to investigate that we found out who these people were, and learned of their history. They were arrested and charged in 2015 in the *********************. After being shut down in ************, the company restarted under another name here in ** and my family was in their line of victims. We find their actions to be willful, vile, malicious and cruel. How despicable and devious is someone who could take advantage of a family at the most vulnerable time in their lives. We would like restitution for our payment. We will file with the other agencies and authorities, who will make the legal decisions regarding these malicious, devious and despicable actions.

    This company contacted myself back in July, 2 weeks after my husband passed away. They had stated they were associated with my husband cemetery, with me being very emotional and beside myself I didn’t even look them up. At least I’ve gotten a picture of my husband‘s headstone and it’s been done since November 2nd of 2022. I’ve gotten one excuse after another after another. The headstone still to date has not been placed, I have an email address to anyone on here that has been in distress as much as I have been over this.I have dealt with a man ******* *****. I have emails and phone call and voicemails they have left me with empty promises, they have since promised it would be delivered and placed on this Sunday February 12th. My next step is going forward with charges with my states attorney that I have been in close contact with.

    FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Took payment for my wifes headstone and now does not respond to emails or phone calls. Owners being investigated in ************ for fraud. ABSOLUTELY SICK

    I want to make anyone considering using this company that they took our down payment of $4,000.00 and will now not repond to emails or phone calls. We have tried to contact them for several weeks now, with no response. We are filing a police report tomorrow if they do not respond to our most recent email from today.
