    They hold your car hostage and will lie to your face. They pull every trick to hold your car as long as possible to cash in on insurances. If they didnt have the ********** police license, this place would not be in business.

    If God forbid you get into an accident make sure you don't end up with this company!! This scammers wait for a tragedy to take advantage of the towing fee and the daily storage. They will drag the days transferring you to a line to leave a voicemail so they can bill the insurance more money. **** the owner is a criminal with criminal records and all the staff in that office is just super rude!! Only the state troopers have this account , the rest of the local police depts they all cancelled them because of the complaints......Me like everyone else had to call the police to get my car released to my insurance company. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO **** OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS who can take their license away because these reviews don't really do anything to them... I hope they will shut them down soon

    I WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH MY TRUCK, 10 MINS IN AS I WAS CALLING MY INSURANCE FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE THE ******** TROOPERS CAME, AND AS I EXPLAINED TO HIM I AM ON THE ***** WITH MY INSURANCE THEY ARE SENDING A *** IN MY REGARDS. HOWEVER THEY DISREGARD THAT AND INSTEAD CONTACTED THESE GUYS TO *** ME. WITHIN 30 MINS THEY ARRIVED, THEY CONTACTED ME ABOUT WHAT I WANTED TO DO. AS I WAS SPEAKING TO THE REPRESENTATIVE (***********************) I TOLD HER TO *** IT THE A LOCATION. I THEN ASKED HER WHAT WOULD IT COST SHE STATED $500 AN HOUR. NOTE THAT I ONLY LIVED 45 MINS TRUCK ROUTE FROM THE LOCATION. WHEN THEY ARRIVED SHE TOLD ME $500 AN HOUR PORT TO PORT WHICH MEANS WHEN THEY *** THE VEHICLE TO MY LOCATION I AM STILL BEING CHARGED THE HOURLY RATE. THEREFORE, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR 3 HOURS WHICH WOULD BE $1500 IN *** COST. I TOLD HER I'M NOT PAYING FOR THE *** TO GET HOME SO THEY ***ED IT BACK TO THEIR FACILITY. THE NEXT DAY, I GOT IN TOUCH WITH MY INSURANCE TO GET THE VEHICLE OUT ON THEIR EXPENSE. I TRIED CALLING THEM, I GET THE DISPATCH LINE. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OFFICE, THE DISPATCHER TRANSFER ME TO A VOICE MAIL SYSTEM. ALL DAY I LEFT MESSAGES PILED UP AND NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. DAY TWO, IN THE MORNING THEY REACHED OUT TO ME STATING THAT THEY EMAILED ME A FORM TO FILL OUT TO RELEASED THE VEHICLE I FILLED IT OUT IMMEDIATELY AND RETURNED THE FOR BOTH EMAIL AND FAXED. ABOUT TWO HOURS LATER SHE CALLED ME STATING THAT SOMETHING WAS INCORRECT AND I SHOULD FIX IT SO, I DID THAT. I CALLED, CALLED, SAME VOICE MAIL SYSTEM, NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. I DECIDED TO DRIVE DOWN ON DAY THREE BECAUSE I SAW WHAT THEY WAS DOING RACKING UP ON STORAGE COST. WHEN I ARRIVED THE OFFICE DOOR WAS CLOSED, I KNOCKED NO ONE ANSWERED. I CALL AGAIN THEN THE OFFICE PICKS UP THEN CAME OUTSIDE. THEY CHARGE ME $2250 IN *** COST, MY TRUCK ON BEEN IN STORAGE FOR 2 NIGHTS THEY CHARGED ME $270 IN STORAGE, THEN CHARGE $125 FOR MY DRIVER TO GO TO THE NEAREST EXIT. TOTALING $2645 TO RELEASE MY TRUCK. RIP OFF!
