- Cash, Major Credit cards, ACH: They acknowledge that, in reliance upon my execution of this credit card form, McCollister's will give up possession of my household or electronics goods to us without requiring payment in cash or its equivalent. In the event the issuer of my credit card cancels the charge or otherwise fails to pay McCollister's the amount due, I shall be liable to McCollister's for the amount due as well as all reasonable costs and expenses (including attorney fees) incurred in collecting the amount due and interest on all unpaid amounts at the rate of 1.5 % per month. My liability to McCollister's in this event must be paid by cash, certified check or money order.
