    I ordered a significant amount of merchandise on 8/30/24 and all items were marked “Orders will be received in 4-5 weeks.” Eleven weeks later I have still not received any of the merchandise that has been fully paid for. I have contacted the customer service email multiple times and have only gotten an automated response with no answer on when the order will be delivered.

    I placed an order on Aug 11, 2024, for (4) sets of youth soccer club uniforms. A partial shipment was sent on Sept 26, 2024, with 3 items remaining to be shipped. I have sent several (5+) follow-up emails to [email protected] requesting a status and/or shipping update.

    The last updates received from Capelli was on Oct 18th stating "Please note as advised by our fulfillment center, your pending order will be shipped on or around 10/23/2024. When shipped you will receive an E-Mail with the **** tracking number inside. " and again on Oct 30th "Kindly note that our fulfillment center is currently working to get your order shipped. You will receive an email with the **** tracking information as soon as it ships."

    I have not received an email with tracking information, nor have I received the remaining items from my original order.

    Capelli Sport is required by many soccer clubs to purchase equipment and jersey's through. I submitted two orders to them on June 19, 2024 for my two sons soccer equipment and to date, now November 19, 2024, I have still not received all the items from my order. I have emailed back and forth with them (customer service is only via email, no phone number), for months now and continue to get no resolution. They took my money in June for these orders and almost six months later, have not fulfilled them. When I email for an update, the canned response is always, please give us 1-2 weeks for your order to ship--this is never actually shipped and when I follow-up, I again get told to give them 1-2 weeks to ship. If you search for Capelli Customer Service, you will find 100's of other customers that have the same experience. I don't know how a company can take money and not fulfill the order after 6 months and still be allowed to operate. It is fraud pure and simple.

    I had the worst experience ordering clothing from Capelli Sports, which was unfortunately required by my kids' soccer club, ** **** in *********. For the 24-25 season, ** **** switched to Capelli Sports as their jersey provider. Both of my boys went through the entire fall soccer season without their jerseys, despite each needing three tops (yellow, white, and black). At $55 per jersey, we were missing a total of six jerseys, amounting to $330. Our order was placed on July 11th, 2024, and as of today, November 19th, 2024, 124 days have passed — more than a third of a year. I will be reporting this issue to the Better Business Bureau. This experience has been incredibly frustrating; I highly advise others to avoid Capelli Sports at all costs. If your club is considering working with them, ensure they thoroughly vet this provider first.

    Why do soccer clubs even partner with Capelli? Like several of the reviews on here, I was required to order game and training gear from Capelli. Ive placed three orders and theyve all been miserable, however, My last order ($200+) still hasnt arrived and I placed it on 9/27/24. Its November 15!!!! Several emails to customer service with no reply or explanation why my order is taking over 7 weeks. This company is terrible and shouldnt even be an option for soccer clubs to partner with.

    My son's soccer club required us to purchase uniforms through Capelli Sport. I placed an order on June 19, 2024 and still have not received my completed order which was $172.49. Part of the shipment arrived August 2, 2024 and should have contained 1 pair of shorts, 2 pairs of socks, and 1 goalkeeper jersey. I received 2 pairs of shorts (1 was a wrong size) and 2 pairs of socks. I contacted them same day and finally received a response on Aug 19 saying that they would ship the remainder of my order by August 30. On Sept 3rd I contacted them again saying that I never received a shipping notification by the promised date. I received an email on Sept 19 apologizing and asking for my continued patience. I received another email on 10/1 that the remainder of my items would ship by 10/16. At that time I received 2 jerseys, but still no goalkeeper jersey. At this point, my son's entire soccer season is over, without him ever having any parts of his uniform expect a pair of shorts and socks. I asked for a refund for all 3 jerseys (2 regular and 1 goalkeeper) and I was told that was not possible because they plan to ship the last remaining jersey. I am livid that I had to pay for a uniform that we never used and my son had to borrow and purchase other shirts to wear for games for the entire season.

    I am writing to complain concerning the undue delay and inadequate communication I have experienced with my order from Capelli Sport.The details of my order are as follows: Order Date: Sep ******* Total Amount: $510.99 It has been over six weeks since I placed the order, yet I have not received any updates on the delivery status. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Capelli Sport for clarification, I have not received an explanation or an estimated delivery date for my order, Just an automated message that I will receive a response in 3-4 business days, and I never hear from anyone. The lack of communication and service from Capelli Sport is both alarming and disappointing.

    I ordered my son’s soccer uniforms for this season the first week in June. Capli said they would ship in 3-4 weeks. 5 months later and I do not have any of his uniform and the season is over. I’ve written customer service many times and they will not ship or give me any update on shipping. This is the second year this has happened.

    I have ordered a uniform for my child’s soccer club. The uniform has not come and they have not refunded my money. There are no phone numbers on their website. I have sent several requests for refunds, as the season is over now, and have yet to get a response.

    Our soccer club ordered new kits from capelli sport based out of new York. Our entire clubs order was severely delayed. Several items were missing from our order along with everyone's and several items in the kit came defective or without numbers for our 2 sons soccer team. At this time capelli has refused to replace or send the missing items. E received unnumbered uniforms and pracroce kits along with neber getting 2 items a backpack and team.kacket. all terribly expensive items
    Horrible customer service their email was full for months to even file a complaint or contact them about the missing pieces. Now they won't send what's missing or number their items as they should have been sent originally. Very disappointing. And we are out hundreds and hundreds of dollars.
