    We placed our club soccer order on July 8, 2024. We received almost everything 6 weeks later. However, we are at the end of Sept 2024 and am still missing a piece of our uniform kit. Ive emailed our sales *** 3 times since the beginning of Sept asking for an update and I just received an email yesterday back saying hes only in sales, theres nothing he can do offering no other assistance. Weve been a part of the club for several years, this is my 4th order with them and never once was it smooth or easy. Once we ordered a hoodie in Oct for a Christmas gift. It finally came in March. Our club met with a different uniform company recently, Im hopeful our new kits come from a different manufacturer. Capelli is the absolute worst for customer service and reliability. Id give 0 stars if I could.

    This is an awful company. I placed an order on 11/9/2023 and there is zero communication from them unless you reach out. As soon as I email customer service there magically seems to be some updates for me. I finally asked for a refund on this order on 1/3/2024, which they quickly agreed to. That tells me that they never even began to work on my order since these are personalized (soccer club with player number and names). Then I am told my refund would be within 24 business hours. As of 1/9/2024 I had to email AGAIN as I have not received the refund. Within minutes of sending my inquiry I get an email about my refund. I will be strongly encouraging our soccer club to find another uniform provider as just as others have noted there have been multiple families from my team who had issues with their purchases and getting in contact with this company.I would also like to give a negative star - these soccer kits are costly and at this point my son's club is halfway through the season.

    I have never, i mean NEVER dealt with a company that cares so little about their customer service. I have placed 3 orders with them each order for more than$500 each and every single order is incomplete! I work for one of the clubs they sponsor, and honestly seeing how many orders they have messed up is unreal. There are families that ordered their stuff in august and here we are in December and they still have not received it.

    Can I rate it a zero? They should not be in business. Our soccer club used them for our uniforms and I had no choice but to order from them. Placed an order in July of 2023 and it will be December 2023 soon and I received nothing. My daughters fall games have ended. She used last years uniforms that don't match her teammates. They email back and say the order was shipped when it never was and I told them they lied. They ignore the emails. I told them I want my money back and have ignored me. I'm going on 6 months with nothing. My daughters season ends in February. I still need these uniforms for next year but I doubt I will see them.

    Ordered our uniforms 2 months before the start of the season. Was told our orders would be shipped within 2-4 weeks. It is now 5 months later and some of our team still havent received our uniform. We had to go through the entire fall season using our old tattered and very small uniforms.

    Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible company.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR UNIFORMS. You will not get them in time for the season!I wish i could give zero stars.

    Again, more of the same. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. If you own a soccer club or even just a single team, PLEASE make life easier on your families and use a different company. My order was sent July 19, 2023. Our fall season has ended. I have not one single piece of our $300+ uniform package and I am deep into the email cycle of h*** with over 6 Capelli employees involved and today is November 8, 2023. I have received multiple apologies, but no ETA and no reimbursement, meanwhile we have club members receiving 2-3 of extra things they did not order. One player has received 3 extra Capelli COATS! What?! The disorganization is unreal.

    One star is one too many. I have 3 kids who play for the same club. All orders were placed with Capelli in the same day. 5 months later and Im still waiting for items to arrive. A stadium jacket - which, when ordered in ***** should have plenty of time to arrive before the cold PA weather. It hasnt. **************** is non-existent. It takes days to get a canned, automated response of were sorry for the delay; we will contact you as soon as we receive an update from our fulfillment center. That was 17 days ago and at least the 5th time Ive received that response in the last five months. Its absolutely ridiculous the amount of money spent for poor quality products, with no consistency in sizing, that the company cant even ship on time.

    Zero Stars.... Order June 30th and only received part of my order. Contacted them via email and got a response, then listed the missing and inaccurate items and never received a response. Will be filing a charge back with my bank. This customer service is awful. I even called the number listed in the transaction on my bank statement and it says they're not accepting calls. Spoke to another parent the other day at practice and they said they drove to the warehouse and it is essentially empty. How are you taking people's money without having product to ship??? You are robbing people!!!

    Same boat as the rest of the customers below. I placed my uniform order on 7/19 and it is 10/31 and I have reached out to Capelli directly and only been given a " thank you for contacting Capelli, your service is meaningful to use and we will get back to you in 5-7 business day" They have yet to get back to me. I spent 400$ on our uniform kits and have not received the purchased items. My daughters season wrapped up last weekend. :( DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CAPELLI
