I had placed an order with ***** and my delivery service is ACI Logistix. My package said it was out for delivery on the 12th of June and then I proceeded to get two emails stating that my package is undeliverable or the delivery was unsuccessful due to either an issue with an address or nobody was there to sign for the package. But my address is correctly entered and the package should not require a signature or anyone to be there during delivery. I have read online that this company is well known for not delivering packages and saying they have been lost. I feel like I am not going to receive my package and would like some help making sure it gets delivered, thank you.Customer Answer

I placed an order on *****. On June 6, I received an email stating that my package is out for delivery. Later that same day around 10pm I received another email stating that my package has been delivered. However, I did not received any package. On top of that, in the email the mention that my package may have been misplaced and I have to look for it in my neighbors. They sent me a proof of my package on the floor somewhere and I have no idea where that is. I am not even sure they delivered it. It could a random picture of somebody elses package.Initial Complaint

I ordered vitamins through a company called sports research. They use ACI logistix to deliver the items. This company is hard to get ahold of. It also shows they randomly made an attempt on 5/28/2025 to deliver my package. I have video cameras. None of my cameras show an attempt being made to deliver said package. They did not leave anything on my door. They also have not tried to contact me to let me know they would try to attempt another delivery.Initial Complaint

This coThis company continues to claim that they have delivered my packages, yet they have been unsuccessful. I have been home all day, and no one has come to my door, rung the bell, or called me. I have received multiple notifications of attempted deliveries, and I have taken time off work to be available for these deliveries. I placed an order through ***** and ACI Logistixs was my carrier. I noticed my package had a delivery attempt that was failed. I tried contacting both ***** and ACI, and was met with little to no help in recovering my package. I tried updating my address on the ACI website, and there was an error message and I was unable to. I spoke to a bot chat who told me they’d update my address, but I cannot be certain that will happen. After looking on ACI’s website, I noticed my package was left at a random house about an hour away from me. When I first purchased the items, my address was inputted correctly. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this company, and I know many others have too based off of research. Please help me either get a refund or get my package. Thank you. I’ve asked kindly and Respectfully countless times TO BLOCK ACI LOGISTIX from handling my packages. PLEASE TRANSFER MY PACKAGE ************************** to **** As ACI LOGISTIX is not equipped to deliver to my building. ACI Logistix is located in Nj so I am sure they have knowledge about public housing. It’s common sense that packages are not to be left out unsecured in the lobby of a public housing building. Public housing is not a luxury building. The Public Housing buildings are not secured, there is no front desk, no security and no security cameras. The lobby door is never locked. Thus leaving any parcel in the lobby of such building leaves the parcel vulnerable to theft! This is common sense. ACI LOGISTIX is unable to go to customer apartment door to deliver package correctly like their competitors.
Parcels and mail of any kind is a federal matter and I will not hesitate to seek legal remedy from ACi Logistix and any merchant that uses them for my packages after I’ve expressed I DON’T WANT ACI LOGISTIX HANDLING ANY OF MY PACKAGES. ACI Logistix has cause me PTSD, Anxiety and great damage to my business as a content creator depending on the items that I order for my business.
PLEASE FORWARD MY PACKAGE WITH TRACKING NUMBER ************************** TO ****, ***, ***** , (or even ******). Transfer it to ****** if you can. But please, keep ACI Logistix away from my parcels and packages. I’m sending this message in far advance time for this matter to be taken cared of.
