    It shows they received my package on June 10th, however it showed no update until June 23rd and I still have not received my package. Their customer service is a joke. It is AI and it says will send a "ticket" to representative but after a week I have still received no response from a customer service agent.

    If no stars was an option, it would be selected. I see that other people had issues with with this shipping/delivery company. My order went through on May 23 and now it's June 12th. I've went through 4 attempts for delivery and sure enough, today I receive an email saying- We regret to inform you that we were unable to successfully deliver your package after multiple attempts. Delivery may have been unsuccessful due to various reasons (other attempts was due to weather, now they said...) including missing gate code, an unavailable secure location to leave the parcel, an incorrect address on the label, and a business closure at the time of delivery. As a result the package has been returned back to sender. None of these issues applied to me. I been working from home all week and nothing came to my door. I believe just like the other complaints here... this company is scamming people and I am sure the companies they are providing services for. The isn't an agent to speak to. Just a chat box and you get an email of your request. Their reply is an email and it's just been saying that they attempted to deliver but unsuccessful. Now, my order is being shipped back. The site I used was Fans.idea. (without the dots) on IG - site that create different jerseys for you to customize. So much for a Father Days gift! Requesting a refund now.

    I purchased a couple of items on 5/4/2025 and it was shipped through *************, where I got a delivered message but when I went to retrieve it NOTHING. After spending hours trying to find it I contacted *** and they deemed it lost. Because it was labled Delivered the seller will not refund my money even though they have the **** STATEMENT from ***. How do I recover my money? By design you can't call and speak with anyone from ***.

    Never updated tracking information last was they received my package at their hub on April 27th 2025 and when I contacted their customer service they said package will be sent out

    I cringe every time I see any packages being delivered from this company. I have NEVER received shipments on time. The tracking system is a joke, drivers are incompetent, and you can never directly speak to anyone. They just send an automated message whenever there's a problem. MANY times tracking a package of mine I see notes that it was a bad address, no code for gate, undeliverable. Total BS. We live on a small private road (only 6 residential properties) and are the only farm; with a banner on the fence that has our address on it!! You can't miss it. On April 22st tracking shows there was an attempt and the package was undeliverable. This went on for several days before showing it was returned to the delivery facility. It's now April 30th and I have yet to receive this particular package (won't let me post tracking # here). Yet a different package was delivered on April 29th; a 2nd delivered today, April 30th. Why wasn't my 1st package delivered with the 2 recent ones?? My ONLY option has been to fill out their online request form which I have done multiple times...with the promise of an agent emailing me. The only thing I receive is an automated response saying they are working hard to get my package to me. Never get to actually talk to a real person and this is why things are resolved. Beyond unprofessional and no effort made to get undelivered parcels to customers in a timely manner. I was a courier for ************* for many years. This type of service would never have been tolerated!This was my initial complaint with BBB Silicon Valley and a response from **** *******; ****************************** was no help either. He said after 3 unsuccessful attempts (there have been 3-4 "apparent" attempts) that my package would be redirected through **** for delivery. Well, where is it then? Why was I not provided with a tracking number for ****? My package is important to me and I'm ready to make some calls and take this further.

    ACI Logistix are thieves, steals the customers items by purposefully leaving items at the wrong address, or pretending to attempt delivery & then takes the merchandise back & does not attempt redelivery. On Monday, April 14th this company was to delivery a package to me from TEMU at my work address. The driver shows up after 7 p.m. after 5 p.m. deliveries cannot be left because the freight elevators are closed. My work address has a security desk. The driver asks the security desk if he could take a picture of the package on the desk, so that "I know that he was there", then proceeds to take the package back with him. So if you saw that you could not deliver the package because the business was closed, why not attempt redelivery the next business day. They marked the package delivered instead. ***** customer service only to get confirmation about this shady company. They send me back two photos of the package on the security desk, & mark as delivered. **** ********* says "Hello, We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. This parcel has record of having been delivered, as can be seen in the picture of delivery on the tracking page. Please let me know if you are able to locate the parcel. I look forward to hearing from you." I informed him that I will go to the location and confirm if the package had indeed been delivered. Checked my floor and front desk, no package delivered or left with anyone. Response from **** ********* on April 15th. Dear (my name) "We have investigated your inquiry and regret to inform you that the delivery driver did not follow the specified delivery instructions for your package, as a result package deemed lost contact the shipping company." ****, which is it delivered or lost? Such bad liars, I hope they go out of business.
