    I called and got a label to return a dress I had ordered. I returned it on January 1, 2025. The cost of the dress was $24.00. I have called numerous times and left messages with no response back from them.

    Received tracking number January 19 2025 package has been stuck according to tracking at shipping partner since then it is now April 10 2025 with no new update outside of awaiting package at partner facility i would like my package to be found and delivered

    I bought goods on dhgate and the seller shipped through this company and the last update i got was march 17 and haven’t heard nothing sense i either wanna know where my package is or i would like to be compensated 77.34 for the goods i paid for .

    the merchant handed the package over to this company 9 days ago. and for 9 days its been stuck in ********, waiting to be handed over to ***** no one is answering any of my calls when i try to get updates on this. this company is terrible and ill ensure that i dont use it again.

    I've been waiting on **** parcel number 9214 4903 6877 7601 0606 82 from this company since February 22, 2025. I keep receiving updates to my informed delivery that **** is awaiting item. A month for a package is absolutely absurd!

    I ordered 3 items from ********** 1/27/25. Transit was normal and reasonable to the US. But once in the US it has been stuck at this Habit Parcel Ebuisness place since 2/5/25. It is now 2/18/25. ********** just says customs clearance started. I called customs and they said that they do not inspect items until it is scanned in to the domestic shipping company. In this case the US postal service. Below is what **** states. I have ordered a lot of items and this is the first shipping issue I have encountered. And from what I have been reading this company has some major issues.      Order placed with *****://***.***********.***/ on Dec 14th 2024. Was told expedited shipping and arrival of package in 10 days. Received a tracking number not until January 22nd showing that HABIT PARCEL EBUSINESS INT LTD was the carrier and **** was waiting for them to deliver to **** facility in JAMAICA, NY. This status continues to update daily with the same message Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, **** Awaiting Item JAMAICA, NY 11430 January 23, 2025, 9:47 am Shipping Partner: HABIT PARCEL EBUSINESS INT LTD . Carrier and vendor will not respond to emails now.
