    On November 23rd, 2024, I ordered basketball shoes for my boys. Immediately, the tracking said it was shipped to Habit Parcel and showed a **** tracking label. However, my package has been sitting with them and has not moved since November 25th, 2024. I did not choose this company for shipping; the seller of the shoes did. Checking the BBB does no good when you are not the one choosing the shipping company. Since I have to choose a star for the rating I choose none but that isn't acceptable. This company rating should be 0/5. I will find a way to track down the company and get my package.

    I ordered a jersey on 10/31. Supposedly it shipped on 11/4 in ********* ********. Today is December 10th and my tracking says it's still in ********* ********. I will never do this again.

    We ordered a ******* ***** Steeler jersey for our daughters birthday According to tracking it has been *************** facility since Nov 23. It is now Dec 9 and still sitting there. According to **** they are still waiting This is ridiculous. My wife sent an email telling them ti cancel but was told cancelling was not possible. No wonder your reviews are so bad. Seems like i am not the only one with a parcel stuck in ******** If I do not receive my product or have **** confirm they have it by friday.Dec 13, 2924 I will be cancelling the payment and reporting it as fraudulent ***** *******.     My package has been stuck in ********* IL since 11/11/24. It shows several arrival and departure dates but still has not been turned over to ****. No way to contact carrier and **** has no way to track package ordered 11/1/24. ******* also doesnt have any updates or expected delivery dates. Id leave zero stars if it were an option.

    Order a product from GarageBuddy and it has sit there for a month when it states is being transported. Which **** is the next stop. Emails keep stating is moving. Requested refund and nothing.

    Ive had a package stuck in *********, ** since September 28th. They scan it every 3 days or so, but it doesnt move from the facility in *********. I cant find any contact information for Habit Parcel E Business Int. LTD. to try and locate my package. Super frustrating.

    Apparently my package was picked in IL on 11-18-24 and still hasn't been received by the **** to deliver to me. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.

    Very poor customer service. This company has had possession of my package since October 29, 2024, and still has not turned it over to ****. There is no contact phone # listed for them to find out where my package is. Very unhappy. Have a feeling they stole the package.
