Salesperson came to door, lied about having to switch over to them being mandatory, ensisted on seeing my electric bill to show me why I need to switch over. Overall this company seems very shady with how they go about finding new customers.

Very poor customer service. Had a question on a bill for my father and have called for 2 1/2 months. Always reach an agent customer service, and they always put me on the list for a follow up call, but have yet to receive a callback. They are never able to give a timeline about when you should receive a call back one to two weeks, a month, etc. it just depending on how many people are on the list. I was instructed to call compliance department and did so and again left multiple messages (no live agents, only voicemail) with no response. Today, the agent in customer service advised she is escalating my case for response. That had previously been done as well. And, she provided an email for customer care which I will be using to see if that gets a response. In addition, they cold called my late father, to get him to convert to their gas supply service, which ended up being five times more expensive than what he had been previously PSE&G. Very disappointing and very shady. I will continue to follow up.

My 87 year old mother was talked into switching her gas service.she has Alzheimers . ******* **** was talked into switching her gas now we have a $507.76 bill to pay. Companies should have make someone sign for this , not just a phone conversation. Im her son and power of attorney. I cannot be there 24 hours a day either her. This should be illegal.

About 30 minutes ago a man came to my door claiming to represent my energy company PSE&g here in **********. However it was a vague experience what really should have tipped me off is when he asked for my driver's license. He had PSE&g paperwork and other customer notices. The story was he represented Sun Sea Energy. A third party energy provider that works with PSE&g. And he assured me that PSE&g would handle all my billing, because he claimed that the kilowatt per hour rate would increase and by signing up for this I would get some preferred rate... Which now that I type it out does not make a lot of sense. I have already reached out through email with PSE&g's customer service and hoping to hear back tomorrow. I attached a copy of the contract I signed. So I will wait back to hear what they say. The reason I'm leaving such a low review is that I am seeing a lot of people claiming that this company is nothing but a scam, and overcharging for service. Customers bills have doubled. If this is truly illegitimate I am not comfortable moving forward and I hope that the business sees this and does not enroll me.

My aunt was signed up by them for a variable rate on her natural gas on April 5 2024. The problem with that is she died December 19 2023. So someone fraudulently sign the house up when they found out no one was there. Horrible company.

I was visited by a representative who stated she was from PUC and said she was doing a routine rate survey. She asked to see my current bill and said everything was fine, I was being billed the proper rate. She asked me to sign this form verifying she was there. I asked her this is not going to switch utilities is it.? She said NO it's only stating I was here to verify rates charged. WRONG I got a letter about me switching and I CALLED PSEG and said I never switched. It was too late for the the first cycle and was switched back to PSEG So I got my first bill with Sun Energy charges on it and was $24.72 HIGHER than PSEG. DON'T LET ANYONE NEAR YOU AND NEVER SHOW THEM YOU CURRENT BILL. They switch you....and are not controlled by any agency.

DONT DO IT! This company does not save you money! All they do is charge you double your electric charges. They also claim to be from your electric provider but theyre actually a third party distributor. Theyve been to my house 3 times and the second time they had my partner sign an agreement and his name isnt even on the account!

This third party energy supplier is a slammer and a scammer. They signed me up for an account that I did not ask for. I did not even have any contact with them but somehow they got my PSE&G account information and changed my supplier in the account. This is not how you do business and you don't even deserve one star on the review.

They are scammers. The salesman presented it as an energy saving program who came out and inspected our apartment building and they were responsible for providing a reimbursement on the behalf of tenants. But he asked me to say yes or no to this automated system at the end, the system stated I agreed to changing my energy provider. When had I known thats what it was about. I wouldve never. I called immediately to cancel. Scammer!! I shouldve closed the door
