      The company takes advantage of unsuspecting individuals. A woman came to my front door, and I asked what was going on. She asked me if I wanted a $100.00 gift card, did not tell me what it was for, the next thing I knew I had signed up with a new energy provider Sunsea Energy. The only way I found out was by receiving a letter from JCP&L She did not provide me with any information, she requested me to sign a paper for the $100.00 gift card. Sunsea Energy takes advantage of people, they should not have been in my ********* this day I never received any information of about Sunsea Energy nor the gift card. I contacted JCP&L, they recommended me to call them directly, I cancelled my service with Sunsea, I was told it could take two business cycles to return to JCP&L.

      This company is a fraud. They have representatives that come door to door, talking about lower Energy prices. Even if you say no, they still sign you up. WITHOUT YOUR PREMISSION. This needs to be stopped immediately!!!

      They said I signed an agreement at my house on Sept 10 2023, a Sunday. No one came here and talked to me. They forged my name on the agreement and signed me up. I got ahold of **** and got a copy of the agreement, not my signature and they forged my name on that agreement. Fortunately I got an email from Duke saying that I switched energy suppliers and I was able to stop it by a certain date, so I canceled Sunseas forged agreement. Its supposed to be investigated and I hope whoever signed my name is held accountable.

      I was told if you sign up for SunSea their charges are lower than anyone else in the **** My electricity is $191. SUNSEA HAS A DELIVERY FEE OF $523!!! Are you delivering this by hand? From Antarctica? Why is the fee almost 3x the actual electricity? The feeeee is $500+. Make it make sense. This company is crooked as ever

      Sun sea some how change me from pepco to their company without my knowledge they charge me $ ******* over a two month period I call and try to dispute this charges I'm not currently working and I'm on limited income I'm also on a breathing machine and can't afford to have my electricity cut off something needs to be done abt this company scaming folks out their money someone plz investigate this company because they getting over on folks..

      Sunsea energy charges me over $1100 in 2 months maybe moreme being a new mom to a baby girl and I also have a 3yr old,I was barley paying attention to the bill just marking small payments as I canI get a notice on my door tells me that my electricity will be disconnected if I didnt pay 1600.in 2days it was disconnected.I live in a low income apartment struggling to pay rent and a car note and take care of two small kids.how dear that scam company target people like me something needs to done where this is not allowed.Id never even heard anything about this company to just sign up for something I dont need

      Why can't I give ZERO stars!?I don't even remember switching to Sun Sea??? Their rates are outrageous. I would have NEVER agreed to switch providers for anything close to what they are costing me! Has anyone had success with getting any money back? (I know...that is probably hilarious!) Does anyone know if there is a current lawsuit going on? This is stupid.

      This Company needs to be reviewed by the state. Due to its fraud and what they do to people that did not even applied with them. So we took care of a bill the supervisor said it's under investigation never got back to me. I gave them $400.00 they said they will pay it back. I contacted the office time after time they don't call back nor say anything in no email. I will summit a suit against them. I believe everyone who has this problem report it to the state and get a lawyer to file a suit.

      This company is truly a fraud. I first was hit with exorbitant fees on my electric bills. I was able to cancel them on electric and then they showed up on my gas bill. Right now I have been overcharged by over $2000 on my gas bill. This is in addition to what I was overcharge on electric which was probably more. I never signed up for them and they just showed up on my bill. I tried to call and was told to leave a message. How could this possibly be legal.

      I had no idea this company existed until my gas bill came to $470 dollars and it only increased every month, I never even received any representative from this company, and I certainly never authorized such changes in my gas bill, I don't know how they got it my details, but they are nothing more than a fraudulent company, I will fight for my refund!
