    We had a glitch with docusign and all has been corrected.   In the future, you can always void a docusign from the email you receive.

    On Jan 2 I order liferx version of Zepbound I received it on Jan 6th I started with 2.5 (15 units) during the first month I increased to 5. (30 units) I have since increased twice I am currently on 10mg (90 units). It has done nothing for me in fact I have gained wait. I'm still hungry.I had previously been using Zepbound from my ** for 2 ********* took care of my hunger and I felt the side effects....I lost 25 pounds with taking the script from my ** I paid a total amount $785 to liferx and nothing it's like I'm using water.I called liferx and ask for even a partial refund was told they don't do that. I will not be ordering from them again

    11/30/2024 I received a text to submit the questionnaire to refill my prescription. I texted back to see if they have my referral credits on my account. I did not submit the questionnaire which is their procedure to receive a refill.12/02/2024: They sent a text survey again and I again asked for confirmation of the credits on my account. 12/03/2024: I received a text stating they would apply the discount. I still did not submit the questionnaire for refill as I still had two full vials at home to use. 12/04/2024: I received a text with my tracking number to which I immediately texted and called that I did not approve of the renewal just yet and to not charge my card or send product. I was told on 12/05 that "the order request was being cancelled and waiting on the lab to confirm and they will process the $180 back to my card". The company admitted via text that there was "confusion" and is working towards a refund. On 12/07 I followed up and they asked me to call them and proceeded to send me a text saying they did not refund me. I offered to return the product that they shipped in their own error, and they would not respond to me. They fraudulently charged my credit card without my authorization, and I will no longer refer anyone to this company or will be using them again. I have also told them multiple times to remove me from their text list and I continue to receive text alerts asking me to sign back up. Never again!

    I continue to be harassed by this company receiving an influx of emails that will not stop. I have requested to be removed from their correspondence list without success. I need this to stop, Ive never encountered a website that you werent able to unsubscribe from. This is unprofessional and harassment.

    I tried to give this company the benefit and removed my first complaint due to the management of the company asked me to. After having a medical concern and the nurse practitioner not showing up or even trying to schedule me with another nurse practitioner. I have taken my business elsewhere! I will never work with LifeRX again- MANAGEMENT DO NOT call my PHONE asking to remove nothing! People beware! Theres so many other companies that will make sure your in great hands, trust I know.

It appears there was a technical issue that prevented you from connecting with the provider via ****. After the missed appointment, we made multiple attempts to contact you through phone, text, and email to resolve the issue and reschedule your consultation.

    Additionally, we noticed that after this incident in November, you responded to our text regarding updated pricing. However, shortly after, communication was disabled on your end, which restricted our ability to reach you further and address your concerns.

    We value your feedback and are committed to improving our processes to prevent situations like this in the future. If you are open to it, please re-enable communications so we can assist with a resolution, including your billing adjustment request.

    I receive consistent texts from this company and I receive regular docusign emails, for a while almost daily. I have never spoken to this company and never solicited any info, let alone a docusign. I have asked them repeatedly to stop and they continue. I feel like I’m being harrassed.

    I am rejecting this response because: After harassment via repeated texts and daily docusigns responding by telling me telling me I could “just void” a docusign THAT I NEVER REQUESTED is not an acceptable response. I repeatedly clicked through docusign to alert it as spam and ask the sender (you) to stop contacting me, I responded to texts and emails asking you to stop and you continued. Using Docusign to spam violates their terms of use,

    I am bombarded daily with a ******** notice from this company. I have never agreed to anything with this company. Someone there said they would take me off the list. That was a month ago. I have written the company with no response. I want to be taken off the list.

    I signed up with this company. Ive had success in the past with this medication. I was not given proper dosage And even after I followed up with the company suggesting that I had, it was more of a back-and-forth. The medication was changed several times I followed up numerous times explaining that it was not the appropriate dosage, and I was not given the right information even after speaking to several physicians. I also never spoke to the same physician on any of the calls. *** requested a refund been ignored

    I reached out to the company 8/27/2024 regarding their product and paid for the initial zoom consultation. I spoke to a provider on 8/28/2024 and was given the directions to obtain the required lab work. I completed the labs on 8/30/2024 and the results were sent to me on 8/31/2024. I reached out to the company and stated I was ready to speak to someone about the medication options and that is when I started to get no response. I was told to send an email to *******@******.** - and that email was returned "address not found". So I looked at the contact card they sent my phone and sent an email to *******@mail.***********.com and that email was also returned "address not found". At this point I called the phone number and I got a call center - stating that my information was sent to a "provider" who should be contacting me - however as I began to review the company on the BBB it seems this is they typical response and I feel like I've been scammed. I'm not going to wait months as they've had my lab results since 8/31/2024 and I'm not feeling comfortable with this company any longer due to their recent treatment of me once getting the initial $$ from me.

    I researched your case in all the messages and you were right at the finish line.  Unfortunate, that there was a mistype and a wrong email was provided which caused it to bounce back.   You started messaging us again right after Labor day and your labs were FW to the provider for final review.   You messaged us on Sept 3rd(day after Labor day) and it does get busy when most of the people who were away on vacations etc...  are all coming back.  Sounds to me from the messages that you are going away and have time constraints which added more pressure for you to get your approval that same day.    We have refunded your money for the provider appointment.   I am sorry you had a reaction of feeling "scammed" which is completely not the case.   We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and in addition to the refunded consultation, please call us or text us back and I am sure we can work something out in addition which will make you feel better and more secure in working with us.
