I have reached out several times to be removed and they have continued to send pdf contracts to sign to start. I have no interest in doing this. They have been spamming my system.Business Response

Was interested in getting a weight loss medication. Meet with an APN via zoom. Had my labs done per her request. Labs were received by the company and they then said someone would be in touch me to get the appropriate med. Then the problems started. Received initial call from med department. They left a voicemail. I then attempted to call them numerous times with no answer. Had to leave a message. Then started receiving texts stating they tried to contact me. They did not as I did not have any missed calls. In sum, I cannot get anyone to return my calls and when I do call I always get a voicemail. I would like my money refunded. Im not necessarily sure its a scam but I am at this point not comfortable with taking any meds from this company because if I should need support once I started the meds I am not sure I would be able to get a hold of anyone.Business Response

I was skeptical about using the services but went ahead and paid the $49. I was contacted and a zoom appt was schedule for 2 days later. The appt went great. The doctor ordered some lab work and I had it done 2 days later on last Thurs 4/11/24. I got the results on 4/12/24. Notified **** via text and email even forwarded him the lab work. Also told him on Friday that the information he sent me to log in to my patient portal was saying incorrect. I have received ZERO response from anyone and have reached several times via text and email! They could respond with atleast a we are working on it.Business Response

On March 2nd 2024 I signed up and paid for an appointment with LifeRx.Md. I was told the appointment would be via Zoom. I received all the paperwork and documents right away and filled them out and paid. I was sent an email and text message stating my appointment was march 5th at 2:20pm. I logged on zoom to find out that the appointment had been rescheduled for March 6 at 2:20pm. Once again I logged onto the zoom at the scheduled time, with no response. I waited for 2 hours and then called the number that was listed on their website. Spoke with a lady and she stated she would let the people that handle that know. I have not heard back from anyone or received any information concerning my complaint. I feel at this point I have been scammed.I am requesting a refund from this companyBusiness Response

I paid my money and did a zoom call with the doctor but have never received the medications. It's been 6 weeks. I feel like this company is a fraud. I have spent $379.95. I have asked for a refund but have gotten no respone.Business Response
