    After several attempts to solve a situation with my medication I had the pleasure to talk to *****. She not only fixed the problem she also took the time to make sure this never happened again to anyone else by taking notes and speaking with a supervisor to address the priors calls I had made without resolution. She emphasized how important I was. She assured me that the prior customer service representative didnt not represent how the really are with incident like the one I had. ***** made sure my problem was solved and she Personally was going to follow up to make sure i get my medication expedited and I can continue with my weight loss journey. ***** is exactly what customer service is about, care , compassion and knowledge. A+ for you ***** and you rock!

She sent me the link to access the portal and provided me guidance to using the promo code on my next order.
