    Bought a new heating cooling system from them and in the last 4 months it broke down 4 times, then technician put his foot through the attic floor, destroying our bedroom caring , fiberglass and plaster everywhere in bedroom. **************** said contractor would be out immediately for repairs, well its been 5 days and no one here, we called customer ******************** repeatedly and to one will address our problem. So sorry we ever went with Hutchinson

    I purchased my home two years ago. I purchased a service plan from Hutchinson heating and air conditioning that services both for air-conditioning and heating.Each year for the past two years I have made appointments for a check up both air conditioning and heating it took me two months prior to I wanted the service to get an appointment.Each time one day before the scheduled appointment and cancel. They said each time that all their techs would be on emergency services. I had an appointment for June 7 at 10:30 in the morning. On June 6 they called and canceled that appointment. I asked them whythey were not honoring their service commitment to me and they repeated that all their technicians would be out on emergency services. You see Hutchinson already my money for the Service contracts that I hold with them. And they take on additional work to gain revenue for their company without any thought for the commitment that they already have been paid for by the customer I would not recommend anyone to get a Service contract from Hutchinson heating and air-conditioning as this will certainly happen to you.

    Hutchinson sent Ed * to service my air conditioner.He was competent and professional. He explained and showed me photos of everything he serviced. I expected no less because of the many other times I dealt with ********* for heating or plumbing service. Each experience was an example of excellent professional service. Will always call ********* for all my HVAC needs.

    The team at Hutchinson was great. We had our new system in 2 days. The service techs **** and ****** were personable and knowledgeable. Would recommend Hutchinson.

    The company takes advantage of the consumer. Way overpriced and they use Good Leap for financing, which did not apply any payments to the principal for the first year. Stay away from Hutchinson! The work was suspect and one of their staff cut their hand doing the job.

    Hutchinson installed our HVAC and water heater in July of 2023. No information about our warranty was provided at that time. For the past 3 weeks I've been trying to get a copy of my warranty, and keep being told that I'll get it in 12 hours....over and over again. If I can't get the warranty in writing, I'm wondering if I truly don't have one.

    I can't say anything bad really. Service people are prompt and very knowledgeable. I've had some horrible experiences with companies like this. But they changed my mind. I hated my home warranty company so i thought ***** would be better. They come out spring and fall for a monthly fee and service your heat and a/c. But they tend to find some very expensive to fix issues with your equipment. At least with a home warranty, you pay a deductible and they fix or replace. Done deal! I would be willing to pay more monthly if hutch could do that but they don't so im going back to the old home warranty thing. Just not the old nightmare of a company that I was using previously.
