    I have nothing but issues since going with Hutchinson. First they tried selling me the most expensive heater meant for a house twice my size. They told me it was the only thing available. When I called to cancel magically something else appeared in stock minutes later and they could accommodate. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and move forward. When installing they could not install the emergency heat because of an electrical issue. They told me not to worry and they would be back in a couple days to fix it with and electrician and it is covered in the install price. Weeks went by and I heard nothing. My house was unable to heat so I called and complained and asked again for someone to call out and finish installation and again nothing. I now called again and they have stated that they can only internally send emails to escalate matters and can not transfer me to someone who can help. Not having emergency heat has made my house slow to heat and has cost us a fortune in our electric bill since the unit has to constantly run to get close to being able to stay at the desired temperature. They are very responsive until they have your money and then cant seem to care.

    We called them for regular maintenance and they told us our AC was non-operational and the best choice was to have it replaced. A second opinion from a different company revealed that it was operational, and they preemptively replaced a single part that was on its way to failing. After this experience I cancelled our membership with them via phone (roughly around July 2022). In December 2022 I received a phone call and a bill from them regarding the membership I had already cancelled. I left a review on another website after attempting to contact them and receiving no answer and was contacted by a customer representative. The customer representative said they had no record of the original call and could see that I had cancelled the membership already. I thought it was finally done, but in February 2023 they called me yet again to ask if I was renewing my membership, the one that had already been cancelled. I tried to double check that I had already cancelled it a while ago but all the representative said was "ok I'll remove it from your account". Forgive me if I don't believe you at this point.This company is predatory and disorganized. I want them to stop contacting me. I would leave 0 stars if I could because I regret ever giving them my information.

    We (were) customers of this company Campbell Comfort Systems in ************* **. They are now *********************We had a no heat situation in which a repairman can out to let us know that the circuit board was bad and had to ordered at a cost of $1700. A week later they come back with the circuit board only to find a secondary problem with the gas valve that would cost us another $1500 and another week with no heat. I called and expressed my displeasure. After getting no traction trying to get this part expedited, I told them forget it we are no longer their customer since they have no problem having a customer of theirs out of heat for two weeks.We brought in another company that got the part in a day and has us up and running with our heating. The gas valve that ********** was going to charge us $1500 for we got repaired for $220 TOTAL! Part and installation! We also found out the circuit board we were charged $1700 for costs $105! I will add that it took their repairman 15 minutes to install it and I'm being generous with that timeframe.I don't know where this goes or what happens from here, but this was just too outrageous for me not to report.

    We revieved a mailer from Hutchinson last week that promotes their $79.00 fall heater tune-up. We decided to give it a shot and scheduled an appointment via their online EZ-************* The tune up was scheduled for Monday November 21 between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. We recieved a call at 4:37 PM today from a service coordinator. Not only where they confirming the appointment, they tols us there was an additional $15.00 field/fuel surcharge along with the $79.00. Nowhere in their mailer is there any statement regarding surcharges etc. We cancelled the appointment based on principle. I didn't think it was fair to treat a new customer with a surprise the night before they arrived. We will use another company that is transparent about their fees.

    Called them out due to my heat not working. Tech checked my unit and told me that it was shutting down due to over heating. After $195, I was told there was nothing he could do. Left without fixing anything. After a little research, I replaced my control board for $83 dollars and ****** has been working fine ever since. Tried to sell me a new unit for $15-$18k. Gave every excuse as to why he was unable to do anything to make it work. I would think twice before calling them out for any repairs.

    This is the worst and is the most unreliable company we have worked with. Be aware of their scams. They cancel their appointment without prior notices, if they get more money from other jobs. When they do arrive after several cancellations, they try to lure customers into paying more than what they quoted for the job. Their technicians and their managers are extremely rude and ill-mannered and used foul language when we refused to let them complete the work due to excessive charges.
