    I made a purchase on 4-30. I emailed them the date I opened the box after just seeing one item as it was late in day and work hours were over. I waited for them to respond which they did in 24 hours as their site states. I gave them additional info requested. Never heard back until last Monday. I responded again and its been a full week with no response even tho their sites states 24 hours. I want refunded for each item I sent as an example and the 3 mens shirt they states they would. And I feel I am being retaliated against as they have yet to ship my other order. I can provide all communication if needed. I also want my review shown on their site.

    I placed an order with Helpsy and canceled because my coupon didnt work, they refunded me. A few days later the shipment arrived. Upon initial review, I saw some good brands so elected to keep the box. Also, the box was damaged so I would have had to find a new box to ship the order back. They didnt offer any compensation for my opting to keep the box I had canceled other than allowing me to use the initial coupon. Fast forward a few days, I go through the box in detail and find 8 pieces severely damaged. I sewed 2 pieces to try to save them, so they werent counted when I reached out to customer service. When I reached out to CS, I was given the run around, having to send pics two times. Finally, I was offered a refund or store credit. They chose store credit for me and sent $4. Essentially, they gave me nothing in return for sending me several garbage pieces. The customer service agent was kind and I dont blame her, but this is unacceptable as a business practice.

    I purchased a pallet of clothing that was suppose to included about ***** pieces with a 15 percent flaw rate. So I assumed around ****************************** severe issues. Almost all of the items had flaws. Very few were even wearable let alone sellable.

    I purchased a 100 piece Plus Size box from Helpsy Source. The product description for each listing is standard across the site. Each guarantees a mix of design names and a mix of sizes.I received 90 pieces of size 3X There was Not a size 1X was in the box 8 tops in size 2XL There was Not a size 4xl, 5xl or 6xl was in the box I did receive one size large and one size extra large Here is a copy of their return policy, ****************************************************** and their general description, ********************************************************************************************************************************** For whatever reason their guarantee and return policy does not apply to me. I've written the company three times and they refuse to respond. As a reseller, a box of all 3X clothing is NOT a plus size box. Hence the ambiguity, plus size.
