    Purchased a bulk order wasnt satisfied so I reached out to their return **** and was approved to return my bulk order. Items sent back, more than two wks post delivery confirmation with *** they stated the package still remained in a processed state therefore they couldnt issue a refund even or check my packages status. I was told when they get the go ahead to issue refunds they do so when they're told by another ****. Nobody wanted to check on my status and nobody would give me a time frame for a resolution. This companys own website states returns are honored within so many allotted days but no rules for them to return your money when items returned. Unfortunately due to no resolution I reached out to my bank.

    We have been in contact with the customer. The returns process for this order was unfortunately delayed by *** shipping issues as well as further complicated by the fact that we were moving to a new warehouse during this period. A refund has been issued as well as a coupon for future purchases to apologize for the inconvenience.
