    These guys are real quick to sign you up and take your money. The execution, communication and customer service was horrible after that. We started this process last fall and it took 4 months for the project to get started. After that The timeline of getting the solar panels installed to when the batteries are being installed took well over three months. Without all of the components of the system installed, the town can not inspect, and therefore the system is useless until then. It has been sitting on my roof for 3 1/2 months. They finally came out today to do the batteries after canceling on me last week 3 hours after their scheduled arrival time. They have zero consideration for your time and when asked for some concessions, in consideration of the time wasted, we got nothing, not even an apology.Buyer Beware!!!

    3 stars. The install was great. They asked me to pay the 20k after installation. This was foolish of me. I'm a Senior citizen and trusted them. Well its been over 2 months and it still is not operational. They say its the inspection process. Yesterday I noticed a conduit came apart and rain was getting into the electrical system. I called the owner right away. He answered an told me *** would call in the morning. Well *** never called. I called back owner who had *** call me back. He said he was never told to call me and was so rude I lost my temper. It turns out they have men posing as electricians with no license. I told *** as a retired Electrical Contractor. Once an electrical device gets water it. It should be replaced to avoid electric shock, fire and property damage. *** told me very rudely I might add. My men will make that determination. I basically got nowhere.
