- Please call before returning for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, manuals and warranty cards. Charged a 15% restocking fee to help offset the cost of shipping, materials, and labor associated with the assembly of each package. If the original packaging is damaged or missing there will be a minimum additional 10% fee applied since the item must be sold as used. If there are any indications that the product was used or damaged it is not refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Once an RMA Number is created the item must be received within 30 days from the date of issue. The customer is always responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives DOA. All Credits will be issued within 7-10 days upon receipt of equipment.
