      Lies -- deceptive! I purchased a new vehicle after a long day of helping patients and paid the price. In sales, they sounded like they were providing the warranty free of charge. Since my husband needed to sign papers, I did not get them until the next day. When I took the papers home, it turns out that they not only signed me up for the platinum warranty coverage, they charged me over 4000 for it. When I contacted sales, they told me that my bank probably required it (bank said they most certainly did not). Since I was at work, had my husband call. The dealership reworked the paperwork to include the gap I actually wanted and allegedly remove the warranty. After I got home with that paperwork, the gap was in there and the warranty I did not want. Turns out, they lowered the warranty cost (how can they even do that?!) and just put the gap price in to equal that original full warranty price. Reading the warranty paperwork, it actually says that you do not need the warranty for any lease or purchase. I went on the warranty site to cancel it, and big surprise, although it says it is easy to cancel the warranty, it is not. I can't believe they took advantage of a tired healthcare worker twice. Please be careful with this dealership!

      They are criminially fraudlant and down right thieves. I tried to get a copy of my buyout i made last year for my accountant and called 3 times and emailed and no one will respond back. I checked the envelope they gave me with all the PAPERWORK but low and behold only the very top portion of the invoice was in there and ripped the rest of it off and kept it. My buyout should of only been about $$$ but they charged me $10,000 on top of that. Yes my fault for not reading line by line but i have heard now how they rip people off consistently. NEVER EVER buy a car from any of the Triplex Dealership - Jeep, **** Mitsubishi you will regret it.

      LESS THAN ZERO STARS. Service call. Unprofessional is an understatement. ZERO stars if at all possible. I think the actual owners should know about their ratings. Absolute terrible customer service. No one answers the phone in the service area so your call gets bounced around so many times it ends up in the sales department who answers on the first ring. Then they don't know how they got the call. *******. Of course sales will answer quickly. I was on hold MANY times over a three hour period in the same day. The last time was 52 minutes!!!! 52 minutes!!!!! 52 minutes!!!! Was lied to, given the run around and lied to again. May God help me to NEVER have to bring ANY vehicle to this place for service. And purchasing a new vehicle of any kind from this place is not an option.

      Worst dealership out there. Workers are incredibly unprofessional and ignorant. They treat you as if youre an inconvenience to them. I was sexually harassed by one of their salesmen. Disgusting place.

      I purchased a brand new 2022 Jeep Renegade. There were problems with my Renegade from the moment I left the showroom. The main issues were intermittent stalling caused by a faulty valve cover ,an oil leak and transmission slippage. TheCherry Hill Triplex dealership had my car on and off for 6 weeks. They never fixed the problems. I asked the Service Manager for a rental. He told me that I would need to speak with the owner **** **********************. Initially Mr. ********************** was too busyto speak to me. When he did he flat out refused to provide a rental. He said the problems are fixed but Cherry Hill Triplex did not fix the issues. About a week later I phoned Mr. ********************** and told him the car was still not right. He argued with me again and this time blamed me. He told me my business was no longer welcome and said I should take my car elsewhere for repairs. I did go elsewhere. I took my car to a Jeep dealer in ****************. The new service facility had my car for two days and repaired everything. The car is now running fine. I do not recommend Cherry Hill Triplex for service and I recommend steering clear of **** ********************** . Mr. ********************** the owner who is no more than about 30 years old was inconsiderate and ignorant. He made it clear he is the boss of the Cherry Hill Triplex so what he says goes.

      was told by dealer's mechanic I bought my jeep from that I needed to get my A/C looked at by a jeep dealership because they had only computer that can diagnos m a/c problem. Was told they repaired ground cluster but it needed an additonal $3000.00 to get fixed but problem with a/c never went away. was charged $961.76 which I was told by many people including my mechanic was way, way too much. spoke to parts manager of jeep & was told i'd get back three hundred but to this day,I never got it

      My son leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee, brand new. He dropped the car off 6/11 for a problem. It is now 6/20 and still not fixed. THIS OUTFIT SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. Truly the worst service and customer service that I have ever seen. The problem with the car is a warning light issue and they can't figure it out.

      Recently purchased new Jeep Grand Cherokee in ************* and was told if any issues traveling visit a Jeep dealership for assistance. Was traveling through ********** 5/6/23 and got a flat tire on the highway. Immediately located a local dealership off highway to purchase a tire knowing we could not drive on donut for long distance. ****************** would not assist us at all, supervisor at desk would not even look at me. Manager (white hair think his name was *****) spoke very rudely, yelling, as he followed us to our car. He said that even if they had a tire it would take hours to service our vehicle. This did not seem reasonable as we still had hours to drive. This is not the customer service that we expected. Had to drive to a tire shop (Mr. **** Auto Centers #***) which changed our tire in 15 minutes. Would give a zero rating for customer service if available.

      I took my jeep to receive service the 20th. Since then I was there again last week.I was charged $700 to replace one camshaft sensor. The sensor that was changed was my left side the one that was faulty was the passengers side (bank 2).All of my lights turned on the following day, that Friday morning. I called and made a complaint, but could not bring my car in, until Monday.Took my vehicle in, and was told MANY different POSSIBLE things. I told the person who called, that my diagnostic reader was still reading camshaft.I've been going here since I purchased in 2017. I've had MANY issues, and overlooked them all until this issue. I am beyond upset with my service. I was called Tuesday the 22nd to be told "ideas" of what it could be and that they could take apart my engine for $510, after telling me they thought it was the camshaft. It was like a guessing game. I paid $700 to replace one camshaft and it was the wrong one. I never complain about my service even after a few other dilemmas I've had.For example, picking up my jeep and my hood had a dent, another time my rim being ruined down to the metal and when I picked up my car on Weds the 26th my headlight hanging out with a broken clip. I went Tues evening to pick up my car, since it was more of a guessing game and guess what, my jeep was locked in the back so I couldn't leave with my car. (I told them I was picking up.)I do not live in **!That week I had to take my car to another shop, they ran a diagnostic and checked under my hood, to my "surprise" they told me my camshaft (bank 2) was faulty and needed to be replaced and here's the kicker the bolts that hold everything under my hood down were all missing. So everything was shaking under my hood. Everything was there when I took it to this establishment!I just took my jeep to ********* ** CDRJ to be told they have now fixed my bank 2 camshaft sensor and that my bolts were all missing to hold everything under my hood. More money being kicked out.

      NEVER GO HERE. Came to drop my 2014 Cherokee off for service and they BROKE my brand new transmission then had to order a second one. Took a total of 2 month to fix a problem that should have taken 1 week. They gave me the run around for weeks and were nothing but disrespectful. At one point I was transferred 6 times on the phone before they hung up on me. I was left without answers and without transportation for 2 months.
