      My daughter bought a used Dodge Ram from Cherry Hill Dodge in October 2022 and I understand that you take your chances with a used vehicle but a LIFE THREANING chance shouldn't be one of them. As we live in ************, she had to get inspected in **. She was informed that she had to replace the front axel and he was surprised and thankful that she wasn't in a serious accident due to the fact that the front axel was so bad. As we've been a customer of the shop that she had the inspection done at for years, we trust what they found. Buyer be aware that if purchasing a used vehicle from Cherry Hill Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, your safety is not a concern of theirs!

      Zero stars. Very unsatisfied customer. ********************** sold me a Lemon. I asked for my money which the bank had to no problem unwind the contract. They stated the dealership had to initiate it. **** looked over the car and said take it back. So thats what I did and still didnt give me my money back. I asked for the ** on several occasions about this matter because I almost crashed into smother car with my daughter. But heard nothing from him at all just avoiding my calls. Then a woman by the name of ***** talking about they cant give me my money but I can trade the car in. That I barely rode due to the brakes messed up. Why would I want another car from you. So that I do end ** in a accident? That makes no sense. Highly disappointed because I could of went somewhere else to get a car.
