What they show you in the pictures is not what your getting. The engine I bought looked like it had rolled down a very large hill. Lots of broken parts and pieces. Bent bell housing studs. Was assured by 2 of their "techs" is was a bolt on application. It is not. The wiring harness on the shipped engine was completely destroyed and the existing harness won't work. Submitted a warranty claim with pictures abs was told they had fulfilled their obligation and I should just go away. So very tired of spineless dishonest company's hosing customers for profit. That is not what this country was founded on. Shame on JDM ENGINE ZONE.

Hello :)Our engines are sold as a block and head assembly and any accessories are included as free gifts. We import from ***** and the harness is always cut. It is a Japan spec harness and usually to short for the US application and we always recommend our customers to use their original accessories. Have you ever purchased a used JDM engine before. It sounds like a lot of your concerns could have been answered if you reviewed our terms and conditions here: **********************************************************************

DO NOT GO DEAL WITH THESE ****s Ordered an engine, and they call to confirm the order. They spoke with the recipient and buyer. They sent an email request to get an ID Card for the shipment to be created. They received all the info and cancelled the order supposedly because of "fraud" even though all requested info was provided and there were no issues with the banking information. Horrible customer service and was hung up on when asking for management. Called back and *******, who claims to be management, refused to assist and continued to hang up when I asked for his superior. Now they refuse to answer the phones and wont confirm that the order was refunded.

Hello, we did receive an order for you that our loss prevention team stated looked suspicious and we requested a government issued ** card for verification. The ** submitted was also suspicious and management believed it was best to cancel your order and provide a full refund. Since then you did receive your money back. Sorry we could not business. We wish you all the best.

These fraudsters sold me a trashed engine. The timing chain was so slack it was almost falling off the gears, and cylinder 2 had no compression and was misfiring at idle. Absolute garbage. Would not trust this company ever again. I changed my review from 3 stars to 1 star after discovering that the misfire at idle was due to low compression in one of the cylinders. After eliminating spark plug, coil, and fuel injector as possible culprits, a compression test showed only 60 psi on #2. It seems they just throw a random engine in a crate and send it to you, and it's sheer luck whether it works or not. Now they're refusing to make good. I have documentation proving the defects from earlier than ******************************************** file a warranty claim. No big surprise that half the reviews of this company are unfavorable, even the filtered ones on Trustpilot.

Hello, we appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in the future. We have went back and forth via email and you have submitted a chargeback. Your bank has also sided with and there is nothing we can do to assist you in this matter. We appreciate you :)

The bank sided with me because the dealership fully documented the defects in the engine you sold me. It was garbage, and you know it. You attempted to defraud me, and I'm hardly the only customer who has complained about being sold wrecked equipment. It seems like you just harvest junked engines and let your customers roll the dice on whether they get one that works or not. You're criminals and scam artists.
