    The rug has a manufacturer's defect after 6wks of use. The weaving is pulling apart. The company Nuloom stated that they are not responsible nor will back their product since it has been longer then 30 days. A rug only lasting 6 wks until it has to be replaced, this is clearly not industry standard and is a manufacturer defect.Would like to have a refund.

    Placed order on August 21, 2022. Website stated delivery would be between August 31 - September 2, 2022. On viewing the confirmation order when selecting "view your order" it takes you to a map with your location and has an option to track your order through the **** app.August 25, 2022 - To get an update I filled in their online contact us form. To date I have not heard back from them. August 27, 2022 I left a voice mail at ************ - have not heard back from them.Went on their ******** website and left message - nothing.August 30 11:00 am sent an e-mail to ******************************* asking for an update. I received a reply back at 4:56 pm "I apologize for the delay you are experiencing with your order NS46640. After looking into this further I have put in a request with our warehouse team to expedite your order for shipment. If you still do not receive tracking within the next 7 days please let me know directly on this email thread." They offered a discount for the inconvenience but still do not have any updates even though I have replied to the email and left another voice mail.This is ridiculous all I need is the product. I am so frustrated and not getting anywhere.
