  Bought over $300 worth of rugs from their website. Did not like them. Spent $100 in shipping to return them. Three weeks later, still have not received a refund. They stopped responding to my emails asking where my refund is.

  NO STARS--HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased a $469/brown rug and rec'd a $29/grey rug. I then attempted call after call after call to get someone to respond. I started getting a little worried, not knowing if I could get my money back. Finally after emailing + the numerous voicemails someone responded, it was an automated response because it didn't address any of my concerns. Finally they sent me a return address ********* was able to return the $29/grey rug. I disputed the $469 charge on my CC. The charge was initially removed, but now NuLoom has reversed the charge. So now I am having to spend almost one full day finding all my "proof" of all this. I have still not been reimbursed for my $469.P L E A S E if you do purchase from NuLoom, keep records of everything you do, because you might need them. Last note: I found almost the exact rug I wanted from NuLoom on Amazon for $195/including tax.

  Rug pad damaged my wood floors. I checked that it was compatible for *******************.Company is not helpful.

  I purchased 2 nuloom rugs through zulily the smaller rug came it was packaged perfect no problems then received the large 8x10 it came folded several times looks to be about 7 layers I sent photos so zulily could contact them as it shipped from nuloom not zulily well they denied me returning it this rug will never lay flat all these creases will never come out its just laying in my computer room still wrapped in the plastic like I received it rugs come in a roll so you can just unwrap the plastic wrapping and roll them out on the floor and this company knows this they will never get anymore of my business as I have spent thousands of dollars buying their products and my family and friends will not purchase nuloom either they need to do the right thing and replace this product rugs are not sold folded ** in multiple layers that's poor service for your customers and apparently your customers don't come first. I do nor recommend buying from this company

  Terrible customer support!!! An easy exchange was all I ask and no one is contacting me despite many calls and messages. Got message saying I needed to contact **** and **** says I must go through NuLoom. I will never ever use their products again!!
