    Its a knock off of ruggable, they even use the same photos. The rugs are not as depicted in the photos. The quality is terrible and the box said it came from *****. Feel like Ive been duped and they want to change me $100 to return the rugs.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Although the website states easy returns, the cost to use the only method for returning rugs is overnight FED EX. I paid $241 for 4 rugs and the company will only allow/create separate return shipping labels for each item, thus I paid $209 to return the rugs. The rugs were 5 x 7 and 2 x 3 with shipping weights of approximately 3 pounds and 2 pounds respectively. I reached out to the company and they stated this is there policy. I've never paid that much for a return, nor did I only have the option for one mode of shipping. I'm reporting this company to the BBB and ask for a partial refund for the exorbitant cost of return shipping.
