    Absolute scam. I ordered two of the rugs linked below; instead of receiving anything even remotely resembling the photos, I received two gray outdoor rugs that I wouldn't pay $20 for--let alone the $160 I was charged for these. I can't believe I'm supposed to PAY to return two poor-quality rugs that I would never have ordered if I knew what I was getting.     I ordered a rug and then realized 30 seconds later that it had my old address. Called them and they said that I could not cancel order nor change address. Completely unacceptable business practices.

    Do not order. **************** is terrible. I called 3 times to change the delivery address of my rug, they assured me it was fixed. And it was STILL delivered to the WRONG place. Very dissatisfied. Do better Rugs USA

    WARNING FI NOT BUY **** THIS COMPANY!!! Rugs are so cheaply made and look cheap. Theyre nothing like the website photos. And the colors are all wrong. I ordered a light pink ******* faded rug. I received a cheap nasty brown rug. And now its $70 to ***** back. Warn all your friends and family. A company from ***** would be more reliable!

    Having called Rugs USA they agreed to discount on the wrong color rugs shipping fees. Then the other **** Id purchased was defective so I was able to ship that back for free. The third rug was too big so when I went to ***** not one if the three ***** labels worked. I called rugs usa again and they sent me more labels and then agreed to waive all return shipping fees fir all three rugs to which I was finally satisfied with their customer service.

    This company is so horrible to deal with. The rug and pad I ordered was over $500. The rug started fading and showing wear after 2 weeks -the color was not the same as the picture and the pattern was like painted on. Rubbed off on white socks...How the heck would this be washable? I was extremely disappointed. They wanted to charge me almost $100 to return. Teturn policy is so misleading. Finally after dealing with many people they did comp the return fee for the rug but not the pad. So I guess I'm stuck with $180 rug pad I don't need. And I still have not received my refund for the rug I sent a while ago....we will see if I ever get it. What a disappointment and waste of time and money...I have wasted hours on this issue. Never would recommend this company

    Beware. I placed an order for 5 rugs on Aug 28, 2 rugs were shipped immediately. It is October 19 and I am still waiting. I ended up canceling 2 of the rugs and I am still waiting for the last one to ship. I call or chat once a week to see where my rug is at, they tell me the same exact thing every single timethere has been an error at the warehouse, someone will update me in the next 72 hoursnobody updates me, the company has not once contacted me, apologized, offered an explanationnothing. Horrible service, would not trust to order again. I do love the rugs that arrived and thats my issue is that the one Im waiting for matches the other 2 and Ive coordinated around them so its hard to just cancel the one Im waiting for! Frustrating, zero accountability.

    They do not even deserve 1 star. They charged you the second you submit the order, but don't worry, you can cancel anytime up until they send you a tracking number. Too bad they automatically issue a tracking number and never ship. I received the overpriced rug pad, but never got a rug. A week later I sent a message to them and they said it was waiting to ship and they would give me a 15% refund for my trouble. It has now been 2 more weeks and no rug and no 15% discount ever hit my account. I complained again, and they told me that it was too late to cancel since I had been issued a tracking number and the most I could do was return it once I received it, but couldn't tell me when I would actually receive anything. This company is a scam. And the rug pad I got was cheaper on amazon, which is where I should have just shopped.

    They refunded me for the rug pad that I received, but nothing for the actual rug. Just cancel the order, it hasn't shipped so its not like they can't just cancel it!

    I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a rug in April. It was back ordered and when I still didnt receive it in June, I canceled the order. I never got a refund and The rug ended up showing up at my door at the end of July. I emailed the company and told them I had canceled the order and I would like to send it back at their expense. I never heard from them. I emailed them again at the end of August, still nothing. Left a bad review to an email they sent as looking me to review it. Crickets. It is now the end of September and I have yet to hear from them. I ended up donating the rug, just to get it out of my house. Simply infuriating and terrible customer service. Avoid this place - try Boutique rugs. Much better experiences with them!

    Their customer service is horrible! After accidentally placing two identical orders within seconds of each other (order #s are two number apart) I immediately called to cancel the second order. I was told they were experiencing a "computer glitch" problem and he would "keep an eye on my order" and cancel it. Less than 48 hours later I get two shipping notices. I immediately call and get told they are unable to cancel because there are tracking numbers assigned. The orders haven't even left the warehouse! Then I am told I should just refuse the shipment and when they get it back they will refund my money! Sure, then I am sure I will be told they never received return. I will update this if there is any new information
