      My signature was forged. i did not accept my package. The item was left on my front door step and the POD (proof of delivery) was signed by the delivery driver. ive submitted photo evidence that the signature on my id and the signature on the pod look nothing alike but the business is denying the claims of the driver signing for me. This inconvience is prohibiting me from getting a refund on my item and causing me alot of distress.

      on 03/04/25 the company was to deliver a refrigerator to my home During this time they caused significant damage to my front door, my flooring and the refrigerator itself (which the seller of the product is dealing with on their end). I immediately filed a claim with AM trucking that responded with a denial of the claim.

      The delivery drivers who delivered my furniture damaged my hardwood floors. The pulled a box around which had a staple in it and it left deep scratches on the floor. I submitted a claim the day it happened via the process the company informed me to use. I have since sent four follow up emails, and call over a dozen times, always given the same response on the calls. Moshe is the one who handles the claims and they can't get ahold of him. I filed the claim on 7/31/24 so it is well over 90 days, and I am not getting any response.

      AM Trucking was supposed to deliver a chair I ordered. They sent me a delivery notification for Sunday 9/15 from 8 AM until 12 PM. I confirmed this delivery window. They then never showed up, and no one answered the phone. On Monday, the claimed the delivery notification was a mistake and attempted to extort a redelivery fee out of me to complete the delivery. These people are fraudsters.
