      A delivery company was transporting a sofa. They dropped it on the road, damaging it, and then destroyed our newly installed door and side light. They had to return the standard-sized sofa to the truck. Our door had been installed by professionals just weeks prior. The delivery person took photos and assured me that they would take care of any damages. I filed a complaint, fulfilled all requirements, obtained estimates from three contractors, and submitted paperwork for the new door, which was completely destroyed and unable to be shut or locked. The door company documented the damage, and a professional contractor provided an estimate for removal and replacement. We were required to obtain three contractor estimates, but instead, they sent a handyman who was not a contractor. Then, Manager ***** assured us that after processing the complaint, they would pay for or replace the door. All contractors and the door company agreed that the door was not fixable and needed replacement, estimated at $15,000. However, the individual cursed at us over the phone, sent threatening emails, and denied payment for damages. We subsequently purchased a sofa from a local furniture store, which was delivered without incident. It is essential to be aware of AM TRUCKING, based in **********, and their delivery practices across the country. They demonstrated irresponsibility and a lack of concern for furniture and damages.

      They do not update tracking information or respond to emails. Worst experience I've ever had with a freight company. I ordered an expensive item from ******* Marketplace that was shipped via this horrible freight company. Read reviews from any source and they're universally horrible.
