      0% predatory business; I am so upset because I received the charge in the middle of the night, and I never selected anything. And now I don't know how to cancel it. When you go to their so-called help link, it doesn't let you cancel the subscription and they're going to keep charging the account every week! I hope somebody can tell me how to cancel this subscription that I never wanted. This is very upsetting, and the things they put in the box or things I never would have chosen! Also, they're claiming they are going to charge my bank account, even though I never agreed to do business with them.

They've refunded this order in full, cancelled your subscription, and shared our Privacy Form to delete and personal data.       Prices are higher than grocery stores, they charge you in the middle of the night without notice and then refuse to cancel the order and issue a refund even if the order hasnt shipped yet. I reached out 3 hours after I was charged (at 3am!) to cancel it and nobody got back to me. I reached out again same day later in the evening since I hadnt gotten a response and I was basically told too bad! The worst part is that I had canceled my subscription which to them means just moving to a flex plan but dont let that fool you. It states that it gives you the opportunity to order when you want to but they leave out that if you put anything in your cart and the total reaches the shipping limit that they will automatically charge you in the middle of the night and send you the items regardless if you actually wanted to check outor not. Do yourself a favor and avoid the overpriced headache.

So long as orders are skipped before the shopping window closes, you won't be charged. It looks like this order was left as is, which is why it went through as scheduled. We outline our subscription during the sign-up process as well as in the "Welcome" email. We'll also send emails and texts to remind folks to customize. Taking a look at your account history we see that your order was full refunded and your subscription was cancelled in full. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to let the team know.

      charged me without consent, ZERO customer service available, 2 weeks later i cant get my money back and they still have not shipped me what they charged me for since i cancelled it (not complaining, didnt want it) but still cant give me my money back on product i did not receive.

      I had been happy with my misfits market as needed membership off and on for a few years, I could choose interesting seasonal a and discounted fruits and veggies if I filled up a cart for $45. Until I received a confirmation email about my new misfits+ membership that I had no knowledge of and a $70 annual fee on my card. I reached out to cancel and get a refund but 2 people have told me they can't, and that it must have "slipped my mind" that I signed up. Very insulting and I can't in good conscience keep using this service. Sounds shady

      I just visited the misfits site after seeing an add and liking their concept being a professional working in ***. But there was no proper communication regarding subscription model and today morning my card was charged for 41.51$ without any authorization with items I never wanted. This is such a shame on the business to make money like this and just do such unfair trade practices.

      I placed an order with Misfits Market and I will never ever use them again this company has no communication skills whatsoever you place an order on their website they state that shipping is one to two business days but they don't say that one to two business days after they take 7 to 10 business days to process your order they don't say that so that's to me false advertisement I'm still waiting on an order that I placed about 9 days ago and I have no communication I have an email on file I have a phone number on file and there's just no communication whatsoever I can't cancel the order because it's been confirmed so I'm stuck and luckily I can go buy food somewhere else because if not then I guess I would starve messing with this company.

      Thank you for responding, however days after this report Misfits shipped my order. I appreciate the feedback but I will never use this company again the experience wasn't something I can get over. Communication with one's order should be a priority to the company instead of the customer guessing when they will receive their order. All you get is one email stating your order is out for delivery. Really. I will not recommend Misfits nor will I ever place another order. Hopefully Misfits can step up their game and do better at getting orders out with communication to the customers.

      Company adding bogus extra charges so the total doesnt add up. They did this to me months ago and when I contacted customer service they tried to tell me I had a cold pack item and that was why - but I triple checked and NONE of the items in my cart were cold pack items. I stopped shopping with them for a few months as a result of this because they were not budging. I see recently they lowered their shipping fee so figured Id try again. I added roughly $50 to my cart and then changed my mind, so I removed all items from the cart. I notice today there were 2 attempts to charge my credit card on file. Im absolutely FURIOUS. I took everything out of my cart and now they are trying to charge me for the items?!?! Absolutely ridiculous. Never shopping with again, huge scam!

      Got an order I didn't place/ went on line to see about joining, had to sign up to look at their produce. When I realized most of the items, potatoes breads and most veg they offered I don't ever eat. I back out with our placing any order sent me a box with nothing but things I'm not able to eat.       I have made attempts to cancel my subscription, yet this company has refused to cease taking money from my bank account. They do not have a customer service number to talk with anyone about canceling my service, but they continue to steal my money while I wait for someone to respond to my cancellation request. STOP TAKING MY MONEY, MISFITS! I no longer want your service. As of today, PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!! I am a disabled senior and cannot afford to keep paying you for UnFit food.
