      Today, I received a text message from Misfits Market that my order has been confirmed. What order?! My delivery day isn't until Thursday, so why am I being charged today? I am on vacation and won't be home when my box is delivered, which is why I purposely changed my upcoming delivery day last week. The food is literally going to rot in the box in the sun and will be enjoyed by racoons. Also, I like how I *conveniently* receive a text message when my order is confirmed, but not when I need to build my box or skip my upcoming order?! Also, why is it $10 more than it usually is for the minimum price? It was a $30 minimum to ship orders, and you charged me $40?! Conveniently adding more items to a customers box on the weekend so you can make more money? You guys are honestly playing games at this point and I am not happy about it. I have already reached out to your team and I received a nice automatically generated email response that I can't do anything with my order because it's "too late". How is it too late?! It's Saturday night and ***** is closed, so how is it too late?! How is anything too late? Explain to me how you are in the process of building my box, but can't cancel it?!If you aren't willing to do the right thing here, consider me lost as a customer permanently. It's that simple. If you can't make exceptions, then your customer service department needs a serious overhaul -- especially in today's world with the average American struggling more than ever.Now, here I am, a working class citizen, living paycheck to paycheck, who is going to pay $40 for food to sit there and spoil on my porch?! Utter nonsense! Please refund my card on file immediately and close out my account. I am done with your business after this fiasco.

With our autoship program, our customers are shipped $30 - $35 worth of our most popular produce each week but this does not include shipping. Our team does not have access to your account to add any additional items with our without your authorization. The Due to the short window of time between when the orders are created and picked up by our carriers, we are unable to stop packages from shipping out. We checked in with our customer success team and see that you were able to discuss this matter with them and they were successfully able to process a full refund for the issue. We're sorry to see you go but we can confirm that your account has been cancelled in full.

      The company made a withdrawal payment for an order I did not authorize nor give permission to my account. The website does not cancel your order it puts you to something called ala carte option. I want the full amount retuned back and the account cancelled in its entirety. I do not want any further affiliation with this company at all.

      Terrible customer service! I tried to cancel my account before I was billed, but I was charged anyway! So frustrated that I have $50 worth of groceries I don't want or need

      Fair to Good value for your money. I like that I can choose what I want and how often I want to order. Awesome that I can get fresh produce delivered to my door in ND. The company has been prompt in refunding any issues I have had with product quality or occasionally a missing product. The referral credits are very nice.

      I've been with Misfits Market for several months now. Every order my eggs are broken. Last two order my milk cartons were completely broken and my groceries were submerged in milk. This past order I received two cartons of milk that were broken with no milk in them. Someone had punctured and emptied two whole cartons of milk and then stuck them in my order; entire box was dry with 2 emptied cartons of milk. I cancelled my orders with them. This company is unable to delivery groceries without them leaking, smashed, crushed, eggs broken, and employees are spiteful. I don't recommend them.

      I like the idea that they advertise. But the prices are high and the food is not always good quality. When I've received rotten items they have promptly refunded that portion of my order. But I was charged my account $39.65 for an order I did not place. It has items in I will not use because we do not like them. I asked to cancel my account and they responded by saying they will remove me from the weekly order but keep me on as an A La Carte member. I have been a member for some time now and never received a weekly order. Every order has been as I chose and ordered individual items. They changed my subscription and charged my account without my consent or knowledge. I have now completely cancelled my subscription but I'm still out the money for food I will not use and did not order!I'm marking 1 star for this review but if I could leave it blank I would!

Our team was also able to confirm that they have issued you a credit for this box that will automatically that will be automatically applied to your next order. You have also been successfully placed into our a la carte plan that will allow you to shop as needed and will only charge you if your cart meets the minimum order amount at the end of the 3 day shopping window. These orders can be skipped or edited during your 3 day shopping window. If you cart meets the order minimum at the end of the shopping window, your card is automatically charged with no check our needed. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Our company understands that this plan doesn't meet all of our customer's needs so we also offer an a la carte shopping experience that allows our customers to shop whenever they like without a weekly commitment. We want to make sure that all of our customers are delighted with their boxes and any time there is an issue, we definitely want to know. Quality issued can be easily reported through the my account section or by sending us a message at www.misfitsmarket.com/contact-us. Once reported, our team will make sure the issue is taken care of in a timely manner.       Charged and received a box I cancelled! They are impossible to get ahold of and have a terrible system set up for billing and custom service which is a huge part of any business. I dont even eat a bunch of what they sent and am furious because I cancelled the box and my account so this shouldnt have happened. Never again and would not recommend to anyone. Some produce you will receive is also terrible quality.

You can skip or edit your order during the 3 day shopping window and at that end of the window, you will automatically be charged if your order is over the minimum order amount. We checked in with our customer success team and they were able to verify that you opted out of the weekly grocery plan on 7/30 (a day after the order in question was processed), and were placed into our a la carte program which allows you to shop whenever you like without the weekly commitment.
