    I hired Affordable Waterproofing to waterproof my basement again flooding on 9/19/23. The cost of the service was $9,000 which was paid in full. The contract states that the company guarantees their workmanship and materials for 25 years or the entire time in which the customer holds the title to the property. It has been less than 12 months and one basement wall, which was waterproofed, started leaking. I contacted the company around August 5th to report the issue and was told someone would be in touch with me. No one contacted me from the company so I continued to reach out and left several voice messages and text messages and still have not received a response. I'd like to report this issue so that the company stands by its guarantee to fix the issue of my leaking wall.

    Had this company come out to my home about a month ago to do some waterproofing , whish was done with no complants. I have called texted and left messages with them with negative results on them coming back to correct a corner issues which is impossible for us to frame out the wall> i have sent them pictures stating such.But they refused to honor the contract or call me back with a date to address the matter. The course of action will be me contacting my attorney to resolve this matter which came be easily done by them coming back and make it ******.

    Hope all is well ; I had made a complaint against Affordable water proofing and would like to close this complaint.  This writer has spoken to **** (Owner) and the issue has been resolved, and let ******** that it was a pleasure dealing with him and his company. This writer would highly recommend this company to family and friends, this was just a lack of communication.
