********** will never do business with this company again. Extremely poor communication. Took over a month to deliver my engine and then it arrived without an intake manifold and a broken motor mount. Extremely poor packaging for an engine. Arrived on a pallet wrapped in a plastic bag. Never received any emails when my order was delayed due to weather. I had to contact them several times until I got an answer to find out where my order was. Website says 5-7 business days but then they claimed that's just to prep the motor for shipping after I had to call them to find out where my order was. I've had to shell out over $300 more in additional parts and we're still not sure if its going to run once the install is complete. Not looking forward to having to deal with them for the core return. They will probably make me pay for the shipping to return it. Find someplace else to buy your parts from even if you have to pay more. This company should be put out of business.LDR Autoparts LLC

Hi David,
I’m genuinely sorry to hear about your recent experience with our company. I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m committed to addressing your concerns.
First and foremost, I apologize for the issues with your engine delivery, including the missing intake manifold and broken motor mount. This situation is certainly not up to our standards. If you could provide us with any documentation or photos related to these issues, it would greatly help us in resolving them.
We made several attempts to reach you by phone, but unfortunately, we were only able to connect with Paul, as per the contact information you provided. We also sent updates via email to keep you informed of the status of your order.
Regarding the core return, please note that while we do not cover return shipping fees, we will ensure that your core charge refund is processed promptly upon receipt of the core.
I understand how frustrating this has been for you and appreciate your patience as we work to address these issues. Please feel free to reach out to us directly with any further questions or concerns.
Thank you for your understanding.Review fromJohnny E

******* was one of the best customer service representatives I've ever dealt with by phone. Direct, honest, helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. She helped me with my jeep Wrangler transmission which is now back to running! Couldn't have wished for a better experience with a vendor!LDR Autoparts LLC

I cant say strongly enough to avoid this company. They sent me a trashed engine, then told me they sent the wrong engine when I pointed out the defects. A month later I finally got another engine that they wont tell me where it came from so I think it was stolen. It was a very unpleasant experience and I still dont know if it is stolen or not because they wont provide the engine history or donor VIN. All kinds of strange approvals and dragging things out. Said they expedited shipping but it took almost 2 weeks. Shady company so stay away.LDR Autoparts LLC

Hi ******,Thank you for sharing your feedback. Im sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Id like to clarify a few points to ensure theres no misunderstanding. We strive to provide quality parts and excellent service, and its never our intention to send incorrect or defective components. In this case, there was an issue with the initial shipment, which was unfortunately caused by a freight error. We covered the cost of return shipping and promptly sent a replacement engine at no charge. Throughout the process, we were in constant contact and aimed to ensure you were satisfied with the resolution. We shared the mileage information with you as requested. When you asked for the **** we informed you that due to our confidentiality policysince we acquire vehicles from insurance auctionswe are unable to provide the VIN.No reputable company would go to such lengths to resolve an issue if they were acting dishonestly. If we intended to be shady, we wouldnt have provided a replacement. We have been committed to helping you every step of the way. If there are issues with the part, please let us know, but it seems the part itself is not at fault, and any further issues may be a misunderstanding. We take pride in our transparency and customer support, and we regret that our policies and the handling of your case did not fully meet your expectations. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out to us directly.Review fromJeff R

Please do not use this vendor for parts! I ordered a transmission for my 1981 Imperial in May at a cost of $1,419.00. What was shipped was a transmission for a late 80's Dodge Van of pick-up. My mechanic sent pictures of the length discrepancy to me and I forwarded these to LDR. ***************************, ***********************, ****, etc know of the situation thru many, many e-mails. They acknowledge the problem and know that I have requested a refund. But, even though they write nice e-mails about delays, I have not received my refund. I have contacted my ******************* and started a billing dispute claim. By the way, when I contacted ******* about returning the incorrect transmission...she said to sell it??? Who does business this way??? I gave them a 1-star rating, but it should be lower. :(LDR Autoparts LLC

Dear ****,Thank you for your feedback and for bringing these issues to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration youve experienced. We have been in constant communication with you throughout this process and have strived to assist you in every way possible. Regarding the incorrect transmission, we understand your dissatisfaction. The suggestion to keep or sell the part was made to avoid the high cost of return shipping, which would have exceeded the value of the part.We attempted to process your refund of $1,419.00 to your credit card but encountered issues. We previously provided proof of these attempts. To expedite the refund, we requested Fed Wire details, which we have not yet received. Providing this information will enable us to process the refund directly. We are committed to resolving this matter promptly and appreciate your continued patience. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.Best regards,Review fromJeffrey R

These people are definite scammers. I was interested in purchasing a 2003 Porsche 911 engine. They offered me a reasonable price. They sent me a pic of the vehicle, engine, odometer and ***. They requested a check which made me somewhat suspicious but their website looked authenic and the sales person had an email with the ldrautoparts.com domain. They wanted a pic of my check and driver's license. They sent me an invoice. They then said that a company will validate my check so they can get started pulling the engine. A company called ********** Pros called and said my bank could not validate the check. They asked me to send them 5 e-checks to ****** at which point I refused. I then Googled the *** and found that the pics they sent me were the exact ones from a vehicle for sale by Specialized German. I then Googled the ********** address they provided and did a street view. The address is for a strip center where there is no sales office for LDR Autoparts. I also seen online that ********** Pros has some reviews claiming they are scammers also.LDR Autoparts LLC

Dear *******,Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points regarding your experience:Our internal finance team handled the verification process due to the high value of the transaction. We only required one check, not multiple, and do not use or endorse ********** Pros for this purpose. Our aim was to ensure the transaction was secure and to protect all parties involved. Its common in the auto parts industry for multiple companies to have access to the same vehicles. The sale often goes to the company that can complete the transaction. The address you encountered is our administrative office and is used for office purposes only. We do not have a warehouse at this location. We are committed to addressing any concerns you may have and ensuring a positive experience. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any further questions.Thank you for your understanding.Review fromKevin C
