    Initially apprehensive due to low ****** ratings, I took a chance on BBB for an ********************* purchase. Delighted, that the experience was phenomenal. Despite my initial concerns, they responded promptly and efficiently, alleviating all worries. I waited months before leaving this review, fearing the outcome, that it would be too soon to leave it. But I'm delighted with their service and their team was impressive. I sincerely hope they maintain this standard for all customers. Highly recommend giving them a chance.

    Around the end of September or beginning of October, I started a discussion with LDR Autoparts about the purchase of a **** model 239 flathead motor. After several text,emails and calls it is my opinion that they literally forgot about me until they sent an email asking if I had bought that motor, to which I replied that no I did not as I was waiting for a responce from them. On October 16th I filled out and sent in an authorization form for the purchase of the afore mentioned product.We restarted the purchase process and I sent a message to the company that I had gotten a loan for the purchase and that the sale amount was scheduled to be withdrawn from my account that day or the next day.The withdrawal never occured and I have been left in limbo since that time.I believe that this company needs to train it's employees in customer service. If I had a product and someone interested in that product, I would certianly make the extra effort to stay in contact with the person not leave them hanging.I do not believe that I will buy anything from these people and will not recommend anyone to thei company now or in the future.

We never take that order at first, also we informed you that the part which we had. We always inspect the part before we shipped as per our company policy. So, we request you not to manipulate others about our company because we do not want our customer should suffer from any reason.

    Hi *************************,Greetings!We would like to inform you & all our customer that you did a fraud with our company. You gave us order for *********************** Case for 2007 Hummer H2 on 08/21/2023.We shipped the part to your address but you were not responding the calls from our shipping team. And after so many calls and emails (we've proof of those **************** you never revert back to us. Also you disputed the charge from your bank after we shipped the part and tracking information was also shared with you. We've faced alot of loss just because of you, our labor cost, shipping cost & our efforts. Customers like you who did fraud nobody needs.
