    Incredibly defensive and rude owner. His repairman misdiagnosed the problem on the first visit (to the tune of over $300), and we had to wait 4 days to get him back here. The repairman promised to return at the end of the following week - but he never showed, and he never responded to several texts. We've been ghosted!I called the owner, who claimed he never heard about the problem (not true - I overhead his earlier discussion on the phone with my husband.) When I reminded him of that call, he claimed I was putting words in his mouth, "as usual. Everybody blames me for everything!"Huhh?? How about I'm sorry, we'll fix it right away?RUN!!
