    Owner of this business will not pay for services rendered; small businesses be aware providing any type of services to this address. Not surprising after reading these reviews, not honest people.

    Total scam, ************************* aka Roadworx aka Roadworxx did work on my driveway and the following week it rained and all the water filled up in front of my front door. I contacted ************************* and he stated, he will come repave the driveway and pitch it the correct way that was the summer of 2022. I contacted him again the fall of 2023 and he again agreed to fix the issue. ************************* stayed in contact for a few week as he continued to agree to fix the driveway then stopped answering the phone.The company is located at ***************************************************************** which is his one family home where he live.

    Roadworxx LLC, ************************* looks for work by knocking on doors and saying he has left over tar and garble from another job. ************************* gives the speech that he is a third-generation company and has worked in the area for over 20 years. The reputation of Roadworxx precedes him.When personal damage is incurred to property, he neglects to tell the property owner, collects his payment, and leaves the premises.Once damage is found by the owner, Roadworxx, LLC, ************************* agreed to pay for the damages incurred by his company, sends a contract stating so, but fails to make payment. Also, ************************* does not provide the homeowner with his company insurance information to file a claim and ignores all follow-up phone calls and text.In conclusion, Roadworxx, LLC, ************************* fails to appear in small claims court on assigned court date.
