      This company keeps spam calling me multiple times a day and leaving voicemails. I have repeatedly (5+ times) asked them to stop calling me but they refuse.

      I signed a contract with LeafGuard on 10/14/2023 and provided a 1/3 deposit of $4,330 in the form of a check. The contract states that you have 3 days to cancel the contract and will receive the full deposit back within 10 working days. I called and cancelled the contract on 10/16/2023. I have not yet received the deposit back and now no one will return my call. The date of 10/27/2023 is the end of 10 working days. I no longer ********** Guard to keep their word.

      Bids in my townhouse community were made on a few homes to get a group pricing. Job was started on other homes first. They did work into the dark to get the job off their plate and workmanship became an issue. Meanwhile I put off my job to see how they dealt with these issues. It is now moving into winter, and I just terminated the job and demanded my deposit refund. Refund is pending. They promised a call within 24 hours. This is day 5 without a call and they are 24/7. My address was in their system wrong, so if they are sending a check, it may go to a wrong location. Told this to call center. I have called in a few times to "escalate" the call back. I want to confirm the address issue, the CC or check refund and if it is fully processed. I am so disappointed my gutters are not done and now I am into winter weather. What a mess.

      The gutters were hung wrong and leaked behind the gutters. Also caused damage to the roof line. I can send pictures and videos to you if you want them. I just want my money back. Witch is $13984. I had leaf guard gutters replaced cause I was very unhappy with the product and service. And because of that I was getting water in the basement. Hung the wrong size facia. I feel that I was scammed this great product was offered to me and instead I got this very poorly done job.

      customers gutters are heavily damaged by hail. he was getting a new roof. I informed the customer due to the damage of the system we can't do anything but replace the system at the cost of his insurance or out of pocket we offered to fix the issues at the residence but homeowner declined service stated he should get ahold of his insurance to prove he had LeafGuard system as they only quoted him $1400 for his gutter system instead of what he paid for his system originally.

      Completion Notes: talked with customer gave them an update on the situation due to the damage of the system because of hail and with the help of my lead installer we were able to communicate properly what needed to be done customer was not happy but satisfied with the. outcome and understands what he needed to do moving forward. 

      We are willing to assist the customer through the insurance process but our warranties do not cover acts of God.

      8/5/2023, The rep met with us in our home. He took FIVE hours in our home to persuade us to sign immediately. They were to start on 8/28/23 then changed it to 8/31/23. Five men came & started tear down. Crew Chief told me, "I don't know if I can get the flashing under those shingles..." (That's not good.) I offered a stiff putty knife to him. The tear down damaged the soffits because they left the old screws in as they tugged the old gutters down. They had some difficulty with the flashing - now the front of the gutters are bent in and out. At least three corners leak profusely. Many of the new screws are raised and/or angled sticking out a quarter inch. Some of the down spouts were cut jagged so that when you pull them off to mow the grass, you risk a cut to your hands. Screws are missing on several downspouts. There were screws and aluminum scraps all over our lawn. Their magnet lost a wheel, so they couldn't get all the screws. Our attempts to have someone come out to check on their work was very frustrating as they wouldn't phone us back or told us to phone directly ourselves. They still never called back. Finally, we did get a man to check their work. He was very accommodating. He made note of all the problems and promised a quick return on the following Tuesday. Two weeks later, but we've heard nothing at all. Calls are not returned. They say it's guaranteed but we can't even get them to finish the job. They were here in August and it's almost November now. Can you help us?

They are waiting on the customer's confirmation that the 6th will work for them to address and resolve their concerns.

      Contacted leafguard to have some gutters reinstalled. There is no communication. They showed up to our customers house with out warning and scared the homeowners half to death. This is very unprofessional and non acceptable. We as a construction company are very upset a company would do these things. A total disregard

      I contacted Leaf Guard to get a quote for new gutter installation. They never reached out for two weeks so we went with another company. They have continuously harass ** with phone calls from multiple numbers. We have told them we do not wish to be contacted again but they keep calling. We even told them we want to be on their no call list which they have violated today. STOP THE ***** CALLS OR NEXT STEP WILL BE A COMPLAINT WITH THE **** ATTORNEY GENERAL AND FURTHER LEGAL ACTION

      Put $1142.00 down payment for storm damaged rain gutter on 7/13/2022. Had a hard time contacting company after that as address, phone numbers and website no longer available. Was able to find a phone number on June 24, **************************************************************************************** having the work done. They keep telling me they will send me a check but have not seen anything yet; I call them at least every 2 weeks and still nothing since June 2023. Representative/****** phone number: ************.

      The gutters were supposed to be installed in one day on August 11. When a single crew member came to install it on August 14, it took 5 days. The installation had many issues that have been continuously communicated to the company. This includes significant water coming behind the gutters and running through seams of gutters at joints. They have come out a couple of times to try to fix the issue without admitting the original installation was done incorrectly. They charged us in full through financing without us signing off the job was done. When they say they will come to fix it they either do not schedule or do not respond as promised. his includes the regional manager who promised a follow-up but did not until I called him. We just want functioning gutters. I have video on my phone that I cannot upload here that shows the issue. I also have text messages and emails that show the communication and responses (or lack thereof) to the situation by Leafguard.

      I am rejecting this response because: The issue continues. A person did come out when I originally complained, but nothing since. Excuses and no follow-up are all we get. Gutters still do not work. When the manager came when we first complained here one month ago, he said he would schedule a Saturday when he and a crew could be here. He indicated he thought there was a manufacturing issue. This turned into they were just installed incorrectly. Still no scheduled time for resolution. Yet we have paid in full! Gutters still do not function correctly. And no follow-up from anyone to see if this has been resolved? It has not. We are one week shy of 3 months since the original install and I do not have functioning gutters. I want the ones that were originally installed replaced and done correctly. We have consistently expressed our concerns with the installation since 8/2023.

      I am rejecting this response because: *********** commicated after I complained again here. Scheduled to come out today 11/25. A text this morning from the production manager was that no one, except him, showed up to come to our house with him. He then said "I don't have to re-install the gutters. Thats the installers responsibility, but I volunteered to do so. I can't control whether they show up or not. Been an ongoing issue for quite some time now."... "I'm also not an installer."... "I'm the production manager." But on October 11 he came out and verified that there was both an installation and manufacturing issue. And on November 17 said "I am still the one that is going to do the work as promised...". We have paid this company and have never had working gutters. They have had our money for over 3 months.

      On August 10 we had a Leaf Guard salesperson sell us new gutters. We warned him to be very careful of our Pella sunroom. If damaged it could be a major problem. He sent pictures to his production manager and was told the sunroom would not be a problem. On Friday August 11 at 8am the first Leaf Guard installer arrived. We gave him the same warning about the sunroom. At about 10am two more installers arrived. We gave them the same sunroom warning. Rain was to start around 10am. At about that time two more installers arrived. We gave them the same warning. At about 11 am we heard a knock on the door. The installer said we have a problem. One of the installers dropped his hammer and shattered a sunroom roof panel. MAJOR problem! It took four weeks to find out Pella no longer supports the sunrooms. They referred us to ***** *******. ***** will not repair Pella products. We contacted five other skylight companies. They will not repair the Pella sunroom. Then we went to ***** ********* and talked to them. ***** sent out their estimator and quoted to replace the sunroom roof with a conventional roof with three ***** skylights. The cost will be $27,452.00. On September 11 I sent the ***** quote to the Leaf Guard Chicago general manager, John. In 45 minutes, he called and stated Leaf Guard will pay for the repair. Three weeks went by so I sent a request for status. Nothing was done to get the payment processed. It is now eight weeks, and we have no idea when Leaf Guard will pay us so that we can get our sunroom repaired.

      The local General manager has been in contact with the customer in regards to the repair/replacement.  The company has done our own due diligence, and research, and have concluded that the glassroom/sunroom cannot be repaired due to the parts no longer being made.  We are preparing a settlement agreement for the customer to review in order to reimburse them for the cost of the glassroom/sunroom to be replaced, per the estimate the customer provided.  This will be resolved within a week.
